車フレームに於いて、 上記炭素繊維強化プラスチツク管を、その管肉
厚を薄く形成すると共に、上記管軸に沿つて平行
に上記管内に突出する少なくとも一つの補強リブ
を設けたことを特徴とする上記の自転車フレーム
。 (2) 上記補強リブは、炭素繊維粗織布又は不織
布にエポキシ樹脂を含浸させたシートを用いて上
記炭素繊維強化プラスチツク管を金型成形する工
程で発生する上記含浸シートの加工屑を金型の上
記補強リブ成形用溝内に充填することにより形成
することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の自転車フレーム。 (3) 上記補強リブが上記管軸を中心にして一対
設けられる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
自転車フレーム。 (4) 上記一対の補強リブが自転車フレームの上
下に配置される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
