  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) デイーゼルエンジンに取付けられ燃焼室へ
    燃料を噴射する燃料噴射ノズルと、燃料噴射パイ
    プを介して前記燃料噴射ノズルへ燃料を圧送する
    燃料噴射ポンプと、前記燃料噴射パイプに取付け
    られ前記燃料噴射パイプ内の燃料を加熱する加熱
    ヒータと、前記デイーゼルエンジンの低温時及び
    高温時においてそれぞれ前記加熱ヒータを通電状
    態及び非通電状態にする制御手段とを有してなる
    ことを特徴とするデイーゼルエンジン用燃焼改善
    装置。 (2) 前記制御手段は、前記デイーゼルエンジン
    の温度をエンジン冷却水温度又は前記燃料噴射ポ
    ンプの吸入側における燃料温度から検出すること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のデイーゼルエンジン用燃焼改善装置。
