絞つて照射するレーザ光源を設け、前記レーザ光
源により照射された前記情報記録面からの透過光
を受けて回折させる回折格子とこの回折格子によ
る回折光の出力を受光する受光素子とを同一基板
上に装荷した集積光検知素子を設け、これらのレ
ーザ光源と集積光検知素子とを連動させて前記光
デイスクに対し相対移動させるアクチユエータを
