えた一重のクランク軸を図示する。 図面において、１０と１１はクランク腕、１４
は隆起部分、１５は軸頚、１６と１７は開孔、１
８はレーザ溶接継ぎ目、１９は転がり軸受を示す
。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 軸頚１５およびクランク腕１０，１１を特に
    備えて、一体に結合される別別の部分から製造さ
    れた、内燃機関用クランク軸において、軸頚と同
    軸線でくぼみを備えまたはくぼみを備えない隆起
    部分１４が、クランク腕に形成され、軸頚１５の
    端面と隆起部分の端部とが、放射状に実施された
    レーザ溶接継ぎ目によつて溶接結合されること、
    を特徴とするクランク軸。 ２ 軸頚と隆起部分の双方が、同軸線に形成され
    た開孔１６，１７を有する、請求項１に記載のク
    ランク軸。 ３ 前記部分が仕上り寸法に冷間鍛造される、請
    求項１に記載のクランク軸。 ４ 前記部分が、溶接継ぎ目の両側で、転がり軸
    受１９に適合する寸法に研磨される、請求項３に
    記載のクランク軸。 ５ 軸頚の端面がとがつた円錐形状を有し、前記
    くぼみが対応する円錐形状を有する、請求項１に
    記載のクランク軸。
