Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基板に穿たれた開口の周囲における基板上
    の複数の領域の夫々に、第１電極層、光活性層及
    び第２電極層を積層形成すると共に隣接する領域
    の第１電極層と第２電極層とを電気的に直列接続
    した光起電力装置において、上記開口を囲繞して
    この開口に接する第２電極層部分を隔離する溝を
    形成したことを特徴とする光起電力装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    上記溝の開始点及び終了点は上記開口内であるこ
    とを特徴とする光起電力装置。
