Claims (1)
- 半導体素子を収納する上金型と下金型、上記半
導体素子を封止すべく上記上金型と下金型内に樹
脂を圧入するプランジヤ、このプランジヤを往復
動し得る往復動手段、及びこの往復動手段の出力
部と上記プランジヤに伝達する可撓性の伝達部材
を備え、この伝達部材が配置される側の上記上金
型又は上記下金型は上記伝達部材を案内するガイ
ド部と、このガイド部に対し分離可能に上記ガイ
ド部を塞ぐカバー部とで構成されていることを特
徴とする半導体素子用樹脂封止装置。
