弁とが別設され、前記ダイヤフラムの一側は中央
部が出口腔に周縁部が環状流入室にそれぞれ接し
、他側はダイヤフラム室に接しており、前記出口
腔と環状流入室とは弁座壁により遮断され、該弁
座壁の先端は前記ダイヤフラムに当接しうる環状
の弁座とされ、前記ダイヤフラムは弁座から離隔
する方向に付勢され、前記環状流入室は入口腔に
連通され、前記環状流入室とダイヤフラム室とは
前記ダイヤフラムの周縁部に穿設されている細孔
を介して連通され、前記ダイヤフラム室はフロー
トに連動するパイロツト弁を介して前記フロート
の下降時に液化ガスタンク内に開口可能とされて
いることを特徴とする液化ガス用過充填防止装置
