内しうるように車体に取付けられた固定ローラと
、同固定ローラの近傍で揺動可能に車体に枢着さ
れたレバーと、同レバーに枢着されて上記固定ロ
ーラと対向する遊動ローラとをそなえ、上記レバ
ーを駆動して上記遊動ローラと上記固定ローラと
の間に上記シートベルトを挾持すべく、上記レバ
ーと車体との間に電磁式レバー駆動機構が設けら
れるとともに、上記の固定ローラおよび遊動ロー
ラによる上記シートベルトの挾持状態で同シート
ベルトの繰出し量を制限すべく上記固定ローラに
装備されたローラ回転制限機構と、同ローラ回転
制限機構を初期状態へ復帰させるように付勢する
リターンスプリングとが設けられたことを特徴と
