【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
本考案は製袋用円筒体に包装フイルムを巻き付
け円筒状に形成して垂下させ、この製袋用円筒体
の下方に配設したシール装置にて袋体を形成する
と共に、該袋体内に製袋用円筒体を通して被包装
物を充填する製袋充填包装装置におけるシワ取り

〈従来の技術〉
従来、この種の製袋充填包装装置のシワ取り装
置として、例えば、特開昭57−1009号公報に開示
される如く製袋用円筒体の下端に外方へ向けて拡
開する1対のシワ取り片を開閉自在に設けると共
に各シワ取り片の外側に該片の下端部と対向する
1対の磁気体を守々設け、これら両磁気体で両シ
ワ取り片の下端を吸引し、夫々開動させることに
よつて、袋体を幅方向へ緊張させて袋体のシール
装置により挾まれるシール部にシワが発生しない

しかし乍ら、このような従来の製袋充填包装装
置のシワ取り装置では磁気を利用してシワ取り片
を開動させるため、シワ取り片の作動に確実性が
乏しく、しかも被包装物がビスやネジ等に金属製
であつたり磁性体である場合にはシワ取り片を確
実に開動させることができないばかりでなく、こ
れらを袋体内に完全に充填できないという問題が

シワ取り片に製袋用円筒体を通して駆動源に連係
する駆動軸に連結して開閉動させたことを特徴と

シワ取り片を開動した状態で、包装フイルムを
繰り出し袋体の位置を下げるので、被包装物の
材質に関係なくシワ取り片を確実に開動させる
ことができ、しかも従来のもののようにシワ取
り片の開動時にその先端より袋体が破れる恐れ
