フイルの緩衝部を、基礎円部に連なる定加速度部
、該定加速度部に連なる速度の小さい第1の定速
度部、該第1の定速度部に連なる速度の大きい第
2の定速度部、及び該第2の定速度部に連なる加
加速度部により構成したことを特徴とする弁作動
機構。
