Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定子を圧電素子で振動させることにより
固定子表面に表面波を生じさせ、固定子に圧接し
た円盤状ロータが前記表面波を受けて回転するよ
うにした超音波モータにおいて、固定子とロータ
とが接する部分の一方の断面形状を曲線状凸部に
形成するとともに、他方の断面形状を前記曲線状
凸部に対応する曲線状凹部に形成し、ロータと固
定子との接触圧を一定に保てることを特徴とする
超音波モータ。 (2) 皿バネがロータを介することなく固定子に
圧接され、皿バネが固定子の表面波を受けて回転
することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項に記載の超音波モータ。 (3) 固定子の圧電素子取付け側部分は金属製と
し、固定子のロータ側部分は合成樹脂あるいはゴ
ム製として両者を接着して固定子を形成した実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１および第２項に記載の超
音波モータ。
