Durable epoxy resin paint according to the present invention [Example 2] As a base material, a hot coil acid or a black-skinned iron plate, which is a hot-rolled steel plate, is used. After degreasing the surface of the iron plate, a stainless steel-containing epoxy resin paint is applied to the surface to form an undercoat portion. A durable epoxy resin paint according to the present invention consisting of 3% vinylidene chloride resin emulsion and 87% epoxy resin paint is applied onto the undercoat area.

のと考えられる。When used in electrode plates, as the amount of vinylidene chloride resin emulsion added increases, it becomes more resistant to high-temperature electrolytes. For example, when the amount added is 3%, it can withstand temperatures of about 50 degrees Celsius, but it can withstand temperatures of about 70 degrees Celsius. For C, durability is not sufficient unless the amount added is 6 to 8%, and if the amount added exceeds 10%,
The miscibility of the vinylidene chloride resin emulsion with the epoxy resin paint becomes poor, and if the amount added is less than 0.5%, the effect of the vinylidene chloride resin emulsion is not sufficient. It is thought that this has the effect of preventing this and improving the durability of expansion and contraction due to temperature. By adding vinylidene chloride resin emulsion, the expansion and contraction due to temperature of the electrode plate and the expansion and contraction due to temperature of the painted area are the same, maintaining adhesion! This is considered to mean that A-separation will not occur.
