- 揮発性メモリを含む車載制御回路に電力を供給
する車載電源装置であつて、バツテリ電圧を調整
する単一の電圧調整回路と、前記電圧調整回路の
出力電圧を前記揮発性メモリに常時中継する第１
電源ラインと、前記第１電源ラインにオンオフス
イツチを介して接続される第２電源ラインと、イ
グニツシヨンスイツチがオンの間前記オンオフス
イツチをオンとする駆動手段とからなることを特
徴とする車載電源装置。
