同心状に配設された円筒形の内筒と、該内筒に摺
動自在に内装され内筒及び外筒より突出するピス
トンロツドを有したピストンと、前記内筒のピス
トンロツドが突出している端部とは反対の端部に
固定され軸方向の貫通孔を有したベースバルブと
、該ベースバルブを位置決め固定する外筒の縮径
部に摺動自在に内装されたフリーピストンとから
なるフリーピストンタイプのシヨツクアブソーバ
であつて、前記外筒のピストンロツドが突出して
いる側とは軸方向の反対の側に、該外筒の内径に
略等しい外径を有した一体深絞り成形で且つ有底
円筒形の小外筒を嵌装して、前記外筒の縮径部と
なし、夫々の端部を機械的に固定すると共に、前
記外筒と小外筒の間にシール材を介装したことを
特徴とするフリーピストンタイプのシヨツクアブ
