Claims (1)
- ピストンを略水平方向に摺動可能に摺合した複
数のシリンダが直列に配列されるシリンダブロツ
クの一端にシリンダヘツドが結合され、シリンダ
ブロツクの他端に形成したクランクケースの下部
にはオイルパンが固着され、シリンダヘツドとそ
れに結合されるヘツドカバーとで画成される動弁
室には、各シリンダに対応した吸気弁および排気
弁を開閉駆動するための動弁機構が収容される多
気筒内燃機関のオイル戻し装置において、シリン
ダヘツドの下部内面は、シリンダ配列方向中央部
に油溜りを形成すべくシリンダ配列方向中央側に
向けて下方に傾斜して形成され、油溜りの油をオ
イルパンに戻すべく油溜りに通じるオイルポンプ
と連通する吸入路の吸入口が油溜りに開口される
ことを特徴とする多気筒内燃機関のオイル戻し装
置。
