尚、中間素材11にかけるねじ部13は、前述の
飽和ポリエステル樹脂製肉薄壜1における口頚部
2の外周面に形成されているねじ部4と同一の構
造をなすものである。また、吹込み成形用金型内
で中間素材11を二軸延伸ブロー成形する方法
は、例えば射出成形等で成形されている中間素材
を吹込み成形用金型内で二軸延伸ブロー成形する
ことによつて合成樹脂製壜を得る場合の一般的な
成形方法が利用されるものであり、中間素材11
の内部に圧縮空気を吹込むと同時に押下げ棒等で
中間素材11の底部内面を押下げる等の二軸延伸
ブロー成形によつて、吹込み成形用金型の内周面
形状と合致する外郭形状をなす飽和ポリエステル
樹脂製肉薄壜1とされるものである。

備することによつて得られるものであり、極めて
優れたものとなるので、壜を自動充填ラインに乗
せて液状内填物を注液する場合にも、壜の起立安
定性による壜口部と充填ノズルとの間の「ずれ」
が原因で発生する充填不良が回避され、安定した
自動充填を行ない得るものである。
