プの実施例を示し、第１図は暖房状態を示す全体
構成図、第２図は冷房状態を示す全体構成図であ
る。 １……凝縮器、３……蒸発器、５……温水熱交
換媒体循環回路、８……エンジン排熱利用熱交換
器、１２……負荷、１２Ａ……暖房負荷、１２Ｂ
……冷房負荷、１３……バイパス回路、１４……
バルブ、１５……センサ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 凝縮器１への温水熱交換媒体循環回路５内で、
    凝縮器１出口側にエンジン排熱を利用した熱交換
    器８を介装してあるエンジン駆動型ヒートポンプ
    であつて、凝縮器１排出側と負荷１２とを直結す
    るバイパス回路１３を設けるとともに、このバイ
    パス回路１３内に凝縮器１からの温水熱交換媒体
    をバイパス回路１３に分岐流入させるバルブ１４
    を設け、もつて、蒸発器３に対して熱交換用井戸
    水を循環させるとともに、温水回路内の温水を暖
    房負荷１２Ａに向けて循環させる暖房時に、前記
    バルブ１４を開作動させ、かつ、凝縮器１に対し
    て熱交換用井戸水を循環させるとともに、冷水を
    冷房負荷１２Ｂに向けて循環させる冷房時に、前
    記バルブ１４を閉作動させ、更に、冷房時に、エ
    ンジン排熱利用熱交換器８から帰還するエンジン
    冷却水の温度を検出するセンサ１５の検出結果に
    基づいて、設定温度より検出温度が低い場合には
    前記バルブ１４を開作動させるようにしてあるエ
    ンジン駆動型ヒートポンプ。
