保湿剤、などを混合してなる植物成育基盤材に種
子を混入し、これを５mm〜３０mmの厚さの層とし
、その上下を紙又は不織布で挟持してなる緑化層
材と、 ２枚のネツト材とからなり、 植物性繊維マツトの下側に、緑化層材を配し、
その全体の上下表裏面を網目ネツトで被覆したう
