。The conventional technology will be described below with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, taking an automatic teller machine as an example. FIG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating an automatic teller machine to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along line A--A in FIG. In Figure 5, card insertion slot 1 is located on the upper right side of the front of the device.
, a banknote slot 2 into which a bankbook 11 is inserted is provided on the left side, a bill slot 3 and a banknote return slot 4 on the left side of the lower operation panel, and a display 5 for guiding and displaying operation details to the customer and a deposit slot on the right side of these slots. A keyboard 6 and the like for inputting amounts and the like is arranged. As shown in FIG. 6, the inside of the device is provided with a passbook processing section (not shown) in the upper part, and a banknote processing part, which will be explained below, in the lower part. The banknote input slot 3 is provided with a feeding section 9 having a pick roller R1 and the like that feeds out the banknotes 10 that have been inserted.
The authenticity of the inserted banknote IO is displayed in the center of the device on the right side.
A discrimination section 12 for discriminating denominations is arranged. Below the discrimination section 12 is a pool section 1 for pooling banknotes 10.
A storage casing 14 for storing banknotes 3 and banknotes 10 is arranged. The conveyance path indicated by the dashed line in the figure is provided with feed rollers R2, R3, etc. for conveying the banknotes 10, and a gate G1 is provided at a branch point of the conveyance path. The pool part 13 stores the pooled banknotes 10 in a housing 14.
A button 13a to be pushed into the housing is provided. With the above configuration, when making a deposit using this device, the customer first presses the deposit button in FIG. When the passbook is inserted into the opening 2, the magnetic stripe on the back of the passbook is read by a read/write section (not shown) to confirm the account number, etc. Thereafter, the customer inserts the banknotes 10 all at once into the banknote slot 3 as shown in FIG. The inserted banknotes 10 are fed out one by one by a big roller R1 and the like, and are sequentially sent to the discrimination section I2. In the discrimination section 12, first, the size of the banknote 10 is determined by the sensor s1, and if the size is not normal, an NG signal is sent to the control section 16, and the banknote 10 is returned to the return slot 4. If it is a genuine banknote 10, the denomination is determined based on the size, and the authenticity and denomination are further determined using a magnetic head. When the denomination discrimination by the sensor Sl and the denomination discrimination by the magnetic head I11 match, that is, in the case of genuine banknotes, an OK double signal,
When there is a discrepancy, that is, counterfeit banknotes (including defective and deformed banknotes)
In this case, an NG signal is sent to the control unit 16, respectively. The control unit 16 switches the switching game according to the sent discrimination information.
GI performs a switching operation. The switching gate Gl is normally in the state of F, and is sent so as to send the banknote IO passing between the feed rollers R2 and R3 to the pool section 13, and remains in this state while the discrimination result of the discrimination section 12 is OK. The genuine banknotes 1o are then fed into the pool section 13. The metals are counted and displayed on the display 5 shown in FIG. When the customer confirms that the displayed amount matches the deposited amount and presses the confirmation button on the keyboard 6, the deposit amount is printed on the passbook, the transaction details are printed on the journal, which is then wound into the device. The passbook is returned from 1lli account 2 and the transaction is completed. When one transaction is completed, the banknotes 10 are pushed into the storage casing 14 by the pusher 13a and stored. Further, the total amount for the day is displayed on the integration counter 15. If a counterfeit bill is mixed in the inserted bill 10 and an NG signal is received, the control unit 16 issues a command to operate the gate G1 to switch the bill conveyance path, and the counterfeit bill is returned to the return D4. Ru. Deposits can be made automatically using the methods described above. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Deposits are automatically made as explained above, but in order to store the banknotes in the storage casing 14, the banknotes 10 must be placed in the button 1.
3a, and for this reason, the bushing 13a and the power to drive the bushing 13a are required, which complicates the structure, increases the cost, and reduces the reliability of the complicated division. Additionally, there was a problem in that the storage case could only be attached and detached from the back of the device (right side in the figure), resulting in poor operability. [Means for Solving the Problems] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a paper sheet storage case without showing the principle of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention includes a housing 17, a first lid plate 18 whose one end +8a is rotatably engaged with an opening 17a of the housing 17, and a first lid plate A second cover plate 19 whose one end 19a is rotatably connected to the other end 18b of 18.
and a third lid plate 20 having one end 20a rotatably locked to the other end 19b of the second lid plate 9 and having an insertion opening 21 for paper sheets. The other end 20 of the cover plate 20
By moving the operation part 22 provided in b along the housing 17 in a direction orthogonal to the rotation direction, the first cover plate 18
The opening 17a of the housing 17 opens and closes the opening 17a of the housing 17. [Operation] That is, by moving the operation part 22 provided on the third cover plate 20 downward by -F, the first cover plate 18 is moved to the opening 17 of the housing 17.
The bill 10 inserted from the insertion slot 21 is rotated downward at step a, and the bill 10 inserted from the insertion slot 21 is pressed, so that the bill 10 can be stored efficiently and normally. [Example] An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.
explain. FIG. 2 is a side view showing the structure of the paper sheet storage case, FIG. 3 is a view taken from arrow B in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the paper sheet storage case removed from the apparatus. In the figure, 17 is a housing, 17a is an opening, 18a, 1
9a and 20a are one end portions, 18 is a first lid plate, 18b and 1
9b, 20b are the other ends, 19 is the second lid plate, 20 is the third
, 2I is the insertion port, 22 is the operation section, 23 is the conveyance path,
24 is a guide rail, 25 is an optical sensor, 26 is a W through hole, 27 is a sulin I., and 28 is a fourth cover plate. Identical parts are designated by the same reference numerals throughout the figures. As shown in FIG. 2, the casing 17 that stores the banknotes 10 includes a first lid plate 18, which has one end 18a rotatably engaged with an end 17a' of the opening 17a, and a first lid plate 18. A second cover plate 19 has one end 19a rotatably locked to the other end 18b of the second cover plate 19, and one end 20a to the other end 19b of the second cover plate 19.
An insertion slot 2 into which the banknotes 10 are rotatably locked and into which the banknotes 10 are inserted.
1, and the operating section 22 provided on the other end 20b of the third cover plate 20 is directed in the direction perpendicular to the rotating direction of the cover plate by arrows (, -D). The first cover plate 18 is opened and closed in the opening 17a of the housing 17 by moving the third cover plate 20 as shown in FIG. The operating section (hereinafter referred to as a knob) 22 provided on the other end 20b is indicated by the arrow C.
By raising the third cover plate 20 in the direction shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the insertion opening 21 provided in the third cover plate 20 projects to the top of the casing I7. As shown in FIG. 2, the housing 17 is located such that the insertion port 21 faces the discharge section of the conveyance path 23 of the apparatus, and is swingably provided in the same direction as the conveyance direction (direction of arrow G-11). It is supported by a guide rail 24 on the device side. In this state, the banknotes 10 are sequentially inserted into the housing 17 from the conveyance path 23 through the insertion slot 21. The inserted banknotes 10 are stored in the housing 17 in a superimposed manner. As shown in FIG. 3, an optical sensor 25 consisting of a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element is provided on the upper side of the casing 17, and as shown in FIG. It is configured to detect the amount of banknotes IO stored. That is, when the housing 17 is filled with banknotes 10 and the optical axis of the optical sensor 25 is blocked, it is determined that the storage amount has reached its limit. However, when the banknotes 10 are inserted as shown in FIG. 2, the banknotes 10 fall into the casing 17, so they are not necessarily stacked in an orderly manner, and are piled up diagonally as shown in the figure, reaching the limit amount. The optical axis of the optical sensor 25 may be interrupted before reaching the limit, and information on reaching the limit may be issued. Therefore, when the optical sensor 25 makes such a detection,
Push down the knob 22 along the slit 27 shown in FIG. 3 as shown by the arrow. As a result of this pressing, the first lid plate 18 rotates in the direction of arrow F around the end portion 18a, and presses down the stored banknotes IO to forcibly store them. When this operation is completed, the knob 22 is lifted again in the direction of arrow C to continue inserting banknotes 10. The operation of the knob 22 as described above is continued until the limit detection of the optical sensor 25 does not change even if the operation is performed (the stored amount actually reaches the limit). In this way, the banknotes 10 are stored in the housing 17, but
The housing 17 containing the banknotes 10 is pulled out in the direction of arrow G or H by guide rails 24 shown in FIG. When the housing 17 is pulled out, the knob 22 is pressed down, so that the first cover plate 18 is placed in the opening 17 of the housing 17.
Since it covers part a and does not protrude from the housing 17, it can be pulled out in the direction of arrow G. The drawn out case 17 has a shape as shown in FIG. 4, and the banknote 10 is opened in the direction of arrow J through the fourth cover plate 28 which is rotatably hinged to the first cover plate 18. Take it out as shown by the arrow. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, by applying the paper sheet storage case of the present invention to a transaction operation device, etc., the structure becomes simple, banknotes can be stored efficiently, and banknotes can be stored efficiently. The casing can be inserted and removed from either the front or rear of the device, improving operability, and has great industrial and economical effects.
