本発明は光源の前方に置かれ、所定の情報をカラー表示

本発明は化学的処理によらないで製造される透光表示板

るもので、以下、図面に示す実施例に従って本発明の詳

第1図に加工前の素材としての透光基板1を示し、該透
光基板としてはアクリル樹脂やポリカーボネート4!1
脂等の合成樹脂板あるいは硝子板が受層される。この透
光基スに対して、先ず最初に、その上面に有機塗料に止
るベースコート2が第2図に示すように施されろ。該ベ
ースコートを施す目的は、第一に後述する真空メタライ
ジング層と該基板との密着性を良くし、第二に該基板面
上に透光着色層を形成する点にある。したがって、該ベ
ースコートは顔料または染料を含有した塗料による単層
のものであっても、また、それぞれ密着性あるいは着色
のための塗膜を個別に多層に施し、たものであってもよ
い。次に、第3図に示すようにアルミニウム等の金属の
薄膜3がスパッタリング、真空蒸着等の真空メタライジ
ング法によって該ベースコート上に形成される。該真空
メタライ来る。該真空メタライジング屡の上面には第4
図に示すように該真空メタライジング層を保護する目的
で所望により透明なトップコート4が施され゛ る
