本考案は主としてねじ歯車の歯面を研削する砥

母材2の外周面に、ねじ状ラツク3を形成し、そ
の砥石母材2の長さを、上記ねじ状ラツク3の半
ねじピツチの奇数倍に設定することにより、砥石
母材2の両端面周縁に形成される不完全ねじ部3
1,32を互いに180゜位相をずらし、ねじ状ラ
ツク3の歯面に超硬質砥粒の単層砥粒層4を設け
