ル上端に設置した状態を示す断面図である。
図に於て、１はマグネトロン、３は導波管、４
はマイクロ波空洞、６は無電極ランプ、１２は金
属ポール、３１は導波管を兼ねる金属ポールであ
る。尚、図中同一符号は同一或いは相当部分を示
す。

端側に、マイクロ波発振器、及び動作用電源を配
