In many cases, parts were washed by hand by spraying high-pressure water or cleaning oil, but it took a long time to completely remove the oils and the oils could scatter or leak. There were many problems, such as deterioration of the environment. Furthermore, a parts washer is known in which parts to be cleaned are placed in a cleaning basket that moves up and down in a cleaning tank, but no measures have been taken to deal with when the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank becomes dirty.

A part of the main body 2 of the cleaning tank 1 is a small box-shaped floating matter guide chamber 11, and the inside thereof is divided into an upper chamber and a lower chamber by a horizontal plate. In the illustrated embodiment, the floating matter guide chamber 11 is provided so as to protrude outward from the main body 2 of the cleaning tank 1, but it may also be provided in a part of the interior of the main body 2.

The separation tank 9 is divided into an upper chamber and a lower chamber by a mesh plate 10, and the lower chamber and the lower part of the pump chamber 17 are opened and communicated with each other. The separation tank 9 and the pump chamber 17 may be provided by partitioning a part of the main body 2 of the cleaning tank 1.
In the illustrated embodiment, the pump chamber 17 is provided by partitioning a part of the main body 2. A floating matter removal valve 16 is attached to the outside of the separation tank 9. In addition, the separation tank 9 has a double box shape as shown in the figure,
It is also possible to make it possible to remove only the inner box.

The upper chamber of the separation tank 9 communicates with the upper chamber of the floating matter guide chamber 11 provided in the cleaning tank body 2 through a horizontal communication pipe 13. Through this horizontal communication pipe 13, the cleaning liquid with floating substances flows into the separation tank 9 from the floating substance guide chamber 11. It is preferable that the horizontal communication pipe 13 is provided with a flow rate adjustment valve 12 so that the flow rate of the cleaning liquid can be adjusted as desired. Further, it is desirable that the lower chamber of the floating matter guide chamber 11 and the lower chamber of the separation tank 9 are also communicated through a horizontal communication pipe 15 having a flow rate regulating valve 14. Thereby, the cleaning liquid without floating substances in the lower chamber of the floating substance guide chamber 11 can also directly flow into the lower chamber of the separation tank 9.

First, the parts to be cleaned are placed on the trolley 4, and appropriate amounts of water and cleaning agent are poured into the cleaning tank body 2, pump chamber 17, and separation tank 9. Commercially available cleaning agents may be used. A cleaning liquid made by diluting the cleaning agent with water is heated by the cleaning liquid heater 6, and when the temperature reaches an appropriate temperature, a cart driving device (not shown) is driven to transport the parts loading cart 4 on which the parts to be cleaned are placed. horizontally reciprocate. In this way, oils and fats adhering to the parts to be cleaned are peeled off by sliding between the cleaning liquid and the parts surface, and float to the upper surface of the liquid to become floating substances.

Then, since the lower part of the pump chamber 17 and the lower chamber of the separation tank 9 are in communication, the liquid in the separation tank 9 descends, and floating objects such as oils and fats floating on the upper surface of the liquid in the cleaning tank body 2 are removed. The material enters the upper chamber of the separation tank 9 from the upper chamber of the material guide chamber 11 through the horizontal communication pipe 13. In this case, if the amount of the cleaning liquid is adjusted so that the upper surface of the cleaning liquid matches the middle of the horizontal communication pipe 13, the suspended matter will flow into the upper chamber of the separation tank 9 without staying in the floating matter guide chamber 11. It is preferable that it can be done. The floating matter that has entered the upper chamber of the separation tank 9 in this way is removed from the mesh plate 1.
The water is filtered by 0, becomes clean cleaning liquid in the lower chamber, and enters the pump chamber 17.

Floating substances such as oils and fats accumulated in the upper chamber of the separation tank 9 can be taken out by opening the floating substance removal valve 16 provided in the separation tank 9, or if the separation tank 9 is configured in a double box shape as described above. If so, it can be easily removed by removing the inner box. Note that the circulation speed of the cleaning liquid can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of air sent into the air pipe 8 and the opening degree of the flow rate adjustment valve 12.
It can be arbitrarily selected depending on the degree of dirt on the parts.
