In the process, the end plate 2 is rotated using a level adjuster 4 such as a spatula, and the adhesive 3 is applied to the inside of the end plate 2 at an even height. (C)
In the process, two end plates 2 having adhesive 3 are prepared, fitted onto the top and bottom of a filtration element 5 such as an oil filter, and integrated by applying a load. In step fd), the adhesive 3 is placed in a drying oven 7 and cured by heating to manufacture the oven 1 element assembly 6. A partial sectional view of the filter element assembly 6 manufactured in this manner is shown in FIG.

があった。(Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention) As shown in FIG. 4, the higher the density of the filter element 5, the more the adhesive 3 penetrates into the filter element 5 as shown in FIG. (for example, 3 to 4 mm), or the adhesive 3 protrudes from the end plate 2 at the outermost periphery of the filtration element 5, resulting in a reduction in the filtration area of the filtration element 5. Furthermore, since there is a large amount of unnecessary adhesive 3 that enters into the element 5, there is a problem that the cost of the adhesive increases.

Lift the transfer element to control the amount of insertion of the transfer element into the adhesive layer at the end, move the transfer plate in the horizontal direction to shear and peel off the adhesive layer from the transfer plate, and then The adhesive layer formed at the end of the filter element is configured to be cured by heating.

The amount of adhesive that enters the inside of the filter element can be controlled to an appropriate amount and can be reduced compared to conventional methods. Further, since an end plate as a separate part is not used, the adhesive does not push out to the outermost periphery of the mud filter element due to being pushed by the end plate.

(In the BL process, the skin 8 is moved onto the screen plate 9, and the adhesive 3 is supplied to the space in the shape where the adhesive is to be applied. (In the C1 process, the screen plate 9 is removed and the adhesive 3 is applied onto the transfer plate 10. In the step (d), insert the end of the filter element 5 into the adhesive 3 on the transfer plate 10, and (in the el step, lift the filter element 5 slightly upwards and insert it into the layer of adhesive 3). This controls the amount of insertion of the end of the element 5. In step (f), the adhesive 3 is sheared and peeled off by moving the transfer plate 10 in the horizontal direction.

A partial cross-sectional view of is shown in FIG. With this method, the end plate is formed with the adhesive 3, and only about 0.5 to 1 mm of adhesive intrudes into the filtration element 5, and a large filtration area of the filter can be secured. The amount of adhesive that enters can also be reduced, and there is no need to separate the conventional end plates.

After that, the cylinder 20 is slightly raised, and then the cylinder 14 is moved horizontally, the transfer plate 10 is opened radially, and the adhesive 3 is applied to the filter element 5 by shearing. The filter element 5 can then be reversed by the motor 18 and the adhesive 3 applied to the opposite side of the filter element 5 in the same manner as described above. The driving sources for each of the seven cylinders are air pressure, oil pressure, and a motor.
