ている(実開昭56−56518号公報参照)。 Conventionally, as a floor heating system, as shown in Fig. 8, a hot air fan d is blown through a duct c into a hollow floor panel a having a large number of blowing holes b, b, ... on an upper wall surface a1 . A so-called hot-air type heating system is known in which heating is performed by connecting outlets (not shown) and blowing hot air from each blow-off hole b of the floor panel a. In this type of hot air floor heating system, a plurality of grooves e, e,... are formed on the upper wall surface a1 of the floor panel a, and the outlet holes are formed on both side wall surfaces of each groove groove e. By providing the holes b, b, ..., it is possible to prevent each blow-off hole b from being blocked by dirt etc. attached to shoes, and to blow hot air through the blow-off holes c without applying vertical inertia force. The air is blown out almost horizontally from the heating element to suppress the rise of warm air to a gradual degree, thereby increasing the heating effect (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-56518).

Sufficient consideration has not been given to the mutual positional relationship of the blow-off holes b, b, ... on both side walls of the
Because the blow-off holes b, b... were provided facing each other in a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the grooved groove portion e solely from the viewpoint of workability, air was emitted from both the blow-off holes b, b facing each other. The warm air collides with each other and flows upward, making it impossible to sufficiently suppress the rise in warm air. In addition, since warm air does not accumulate well on the surface of the floor panel a, it is necessary to provide many concave grooves e for air outlet holes in order to heat the entire surface of the panel a, which makes the processing more complicated and However, there were problems in that it lacked practicality, such as its strength becoming weak and making the scaffolding unstable during use.

The purpose of this invention is to improve the hot air heating effect by sufficiently suppressing the rise in warm air, and to reduce the required number of grooves and improve workability.

However, a large number of blow-off holes for blowing out warm air are provided on both side wall surfaces of the concave groove section so as to be staggered with each other, thereby preventing the warm air blowing out from the blow-off holes on both side wall surfaces from colliding with each other. .

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, a panel body 8 in the form of a hollow panel with both end faces in the connection direction open;
The panel body 8 includes a rectangular cylindrical duct 10 disposed in the connecting direction of the central portion of the hollow portion 9 of the panel body 8. A plurality of outflow holes 11, 11, for example, four outflow holes 11, 11, . A well-known adjustment device such as a damper is provided to adjust the opening area. on the other hand,
The upper wall surface 8a of the panel main body 8 is provided with a plurality of grooves 12, 1, for example, five grooves, extending in the connection direction.
2, .
A, 12a have a large number of blowing holes 1 that blow out hot air.
3, 13,... are drilled so that they conflict with each other. Here, as the dimensions of each part of the floor panel unit 7, for example, the length of the panel main body 8 in the connection direction is
1800mm, the end face width is 900mm, and the height is 110mm, the adjacent grooves 12, 12, 12, .
12 interval is 206.5mm, the groove width of each groove part 12 is 24mm,
The groove depth was set to 21 mm, and blow-off holes 13 with a diameter of 9 mm were bored at a pitch of 30 mm on each of the side wall surfaces 12a, 12a of the groove portion 12.
The blow-off holes 13 on one side are made to face each other at an intermediate position between the blow-off holes 13, 13 on the other side, so that they conflict with each other.

(In this case, warm air fan 1
(The side air outlet is blocked). On the other hand, the other end surface of the floor panel unit 7 on the other end side in the connection direction and the other end of the duct 10 of the floor panel unit 7 on the other end side are closed by a closing member (not shown). Furthermore, the outflow holes 11, 11, . . . of the ducts 10 in each of the units 7, 7, . Note that 16 is a partition plate provided between the outflow holes 11 and 11 of the duct 10 in the hollow part 9 of each panel main body 8, and the hollow part 9 of each panel main body 8 is separated from the three partition plates 1.
6, 16, and 16 are divided into four equal parts in the connection direction.

The hot air blown out from the front air outlet flows through the duct 10 of each floor panel unit 7, and flows through each outlet hole 1 of the duct 10 in each floor panel unit 7.
1 to the panel body 8 and the hollow part 9 is dispersed.
Thereafter, the warm air in the hollow portion 9 of each panel body 8 is blown out almost evenly from each blow-off hole 13 on the upper wall surface 8a of the panel body 8, and as a result, the series of floor panels 1
Floor heating is performed over a long range of the total length in the connection direction of No. 4.

ある。 At this time, each of the blow-off holes 13 is connected to both side wall surfaces 12a, 12 of the concave groove portion 12 of the upper wall surface 8a of the panel main body 8.
Since they are provided so as to be offset from each other, the hot air blown out from each of the blow-off holes 13 is directed almost horizontally to the blow-off holes 13 on the opposing side wall surface 12a without being subjected to vertical inertial force. Since the warm air flows along the upper wall surface 8a of the panel main body 8 without colliding with the warm air from the panel main body 8, the warm air is easily retained on the upper wall surface 8a of the panel main body 8, and this is compatible with the fact that the attraction of cold air caused by the rise of warm air can be prevented. This allows you to effectively heat your feet. Furthermore, it goes without saying that there is no concern that the blow-off holes 13 will be blocked by dirt or the like adhering to shoes.

As a result, the panel main body 8 can be easily processed, sufficient strength can be ensured, the scaffolding during use becomes stable, and safety can be improved.

In addition to greatly improving the heating effect, the number of grooves for the outlet holes can be reduced.
It is possible to improve workability and safety during use.
