段と、 被加熱材の厚みを検出する手段と、 前記被加熱材の厚みと前記高周波整合トランス
の各タツプの巻数比とに対応して前記各タツプを
選択した場合ごとの前記高周波電源からみた負荷
インピーダンスの値を演算する手段と、 前記負荷インピーダンスの許容範囲と前記各タ
ツプ毎の負荷インピーダンスの値とを比較しこの
値が前記許容範囲内にあるタツプを選別する手段
