【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は流し台、洗面台等に用いる水槽付天板
に関するものである。

がこれらのものはいずれも作業性が悪いととも
に、水槽にホーロー処理したものを用いた場合に
はホーローに割れが生じる等の問題があつた。

大きな外力が加わると天板と水槽とが離脱してし
まう恐れがあつて信頼性に欠ける問題があつた。

以下その一実施例を図面とともに説明すると、
1は天板で、ステンレス等の金属材料によつて形
成してあり、その適所には窓孔2が形成してあ
る。そしてこの窓孔2の縁部には折曲して天板1
面と対向し、かつ天板1面とに間隙を形成した折
曲片3が設けてある。4は上記天板窓孔2の折曲
片3に開口縁フランジ5を重合させた水槽で、こ
れも天板1と同様にステンレス等の金属材料で形
成してある。そして上記水槽4は天板窓孔2の折
曲片3との間の全周に発泡ウレタンのような通気
性を有する軟質材6を介して重合させ、その重合
部の外周部分にエポキシ、ウレタン等の注型用樹
脂7を流し込み、この注型用樹脂7を硬化させて
前記天板1の窓孔2に固着してある。

樹脂7を流し込み、天板窓孔2と水槽フランジ5
との重合部外周にいきわたらせて硬化させる。

水槽のフランジとを抱持して硬化しているので単
なる接着による結合よりもその結合力はよく、大
きな外力が加わつても天板と水槽とが離反するよ
うなことがなくなる等、信頼性も著しく向上す
る。
