Two dryers are required to dry the wet mat and the paint layer, which not only complicates the process, but also heat loss occurs in each dryer while the drying process is performed twice, and heat is lost from the dryer. During the transfer to the next dryer, the heat stored in the substrate is released, and a large amount of thermal energy is required again when drying the paint layer, resulting in extremely poor energy efficiency.

後に塗料層が剥離する欠点がある。 Furthermore, if fluff occurs on the surface of the substrate obtained by drying the wet pine, the surface tension of the water in the paint tends to cause polka dots to form on the fluff, reducing the contact surface with the substrate. In addition, it is preferable for the decorative board to have low water absorption due to the purpose of use,
Not only does the contact area of the paint applied on the substrate with the substrate become smaller due to the water repellency of the substrate and the surface tension of water, but also the adhesion strength is insufficient due to the less penetration of the paint into the substrate. There is a drawback that the paint layer does not fit well with the substrate, resulting in peeling of the paint layer during or after the construction of the decorative board.

化粧板の製造方法を提供するものである。 The present invention was made in view of these drawbacks, and it is possible to reduce the viscosity on paper-formed and dehydrated wet mats.
By using a water-based paint with a high viscosity of 200 cps or more to apply a granular or linear raised coating, and then drying the paint and drying the wet mat at the same time, it not only enables a drying process with high thermal efficiency, but also The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative board in which a paint layer is firmly adhered to the top surface of the board.

する。 To explain the method of the present invention in more detail, when manufacturing fiberboards such as insulation boards, rock wool boards, asbestos boards, pulp cement boards, etc. by a wet papermaking method, a papermaking solution is used to make paper by a wet papermaking machine. Next, dehydration molding is performed to a moisture content of 300% or less using a squeeze roll or wet press to form a wet mat, and then a #4 food cup is placed on the surface (upper surface) of this wet mat.
A raised pattern is formed by applying a water-based paint with a viscosity of 15 seconds (200 cps) or more in spots or lines using a normal painting method such as spray painting or brush painting.

塗料層2が形成される。 When a water-based paint is applied on a wet mat in this way, when it is applied on a dry fiberboard, a spotted paint layer 11 is formed as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
Alternatively, while the linear paint layer 12 maintains its adhered form on the board, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lower layer of the raised pattern comes into contact with the pine surface due to the moisture in the wet pine. The paint portion spreads in a smearing manner, forming a spotted paint layer 1 or a linear paint layer 2 with a natural shape such as a star shape, tree shape, or sawtooth shape.

This is undesirable because it spoils the appearance.

Paints with more than one color may be used, and in that case, if they are applied over the wet mat or in a manner that they partially overlap, the colors will subtly mix and a beautiful decorative board with a rich variety can be obtained.

る。 As described above, the present invention provides a method for producing paper with a viscosity of 200 cps on a wet mat that has been made and dehydrated using a wet paper making method.
A granular or linear raised coating is applied using the above-mentioned high viscosity water-based paint, and after the moisture contained in the wet pine is diffused in the areas in contact with the surface of the wet pine in the raised pattern, the paint layer is dried and the wet pine is dried. Since this relates to a method for manufacturing decorative laminates that is characterized by simultaneously carrying out the following steps, water-based paint is applied onto the wet mat in water, so that the paint layer bleeds over the wet mat and spreads in all directions. It is possible to form a coated pattern layer with a rich variety of natural shapes,
Moreover, since both the wet pine and the paint are aqueous media, they are compatible with each other, and even if there is fuzz on the pine surface, the paint does not form into polka dots, making it possible to increase the contact area with the pine and increase the water content. Wet pine with a water absorption rate of 300% or less has a high water absorption rate and a high water absorption rate, so the penetration of the paint into the pine will be large, and the adhesion of the paint layer will increase, making it difficult to absorb water during or after the construction of the decorative board. Also, there is no risk of the paint layer peeling off.
さらに、水性塗料として粘度が200cps以上の

In addition, the surface of the fiberboard, which is the base of the decorative board, is partially exposed between the paint layers with spotted or linear patterns provided on the surface of the decorative board, and the unique functions of the fiberboard, such as its breathing effect, are exhibited. It is something that can be effectively demonstrated.
