業装置をヒンジ止めする場合のごとき二部材間の
摩耗の激しい枢着部分には内部に潤滑剤を内蔵せ
るいわゆるカートリツジ型ヒンジ装置がしばしば
使用される。該ヒンジ装置は、第1図に示すごと
く、スリ割り1を有するリフトアーム2先端開口
3内に潤滑剤保持溝4を内側に有するスリーブベ
アリング5をボルト6締付けし、該スリーブベア
リング5内にピン素子7を回転可能に設け、該ピ
ン素子7両端にシール8をはさんでテーパ付外面
を有する円錐体9を設置するとともに、該テーパ
付外面に相応するテーパ面を内部にもつコレツト
10を作業装置(図示せず)裏面に固定された二
又状の取付ブラケツト11の開口12内にて該円
錐体9のラーパ面上に嵌合させ、該二つコレツト
10,10をピン素子7および該コレツト10に
貫通形成された孔内に挿通されたボルト13およ
びナツト14により互いに接近するごとく締付け
ることによりリフトアーム2および取付ブラケツ
ト11間のヒンジ止めを行つている。しかしなが
ら、上記従来構造のカートリツジ型ヒンジ装置
は、焼入れした硬いピン素子7に長いボルト13
押通用の孔加工および円錐体9のテーパ面加工を
施す必要があるばかりでなく構造複雑なコレツト
10および円錐体9を使用するものであるために
製造コストが高価につく欠点がある。また、上記
従来のものは構造複雑であるために着脱が困難で
組立、分解に多大な時間と費用を要する欠点があ
る。

近で同ピン素子上に圧入されかつ前記二又端の開
口内に圧入された離間した一対のブツシユと、こ
れら離間したブツシユ間で前記ピン素子上に回転
可能に設けられかつ該ピン素子との間に潤滑剤保
持溝を有するスリーブベアリングと、ピン素子上
において前記スリーブベアリングと各ブツシユと
の間に設けられたシール部材と、各シール部材ま
わりにおいて前記スリーブベアリングと各ブツシ
ユとの間に設けられた保護リングとを備え、従来
のカートリツジ型ヒンジ装置が組込まれる部材側
に大巾な改造を施す必要がなく該ヒンジ装置に安
価な通常の無垢のピン素子を使用可能としたこと
を特徴とする。

に潤滑剤保持溝4を有するスリーブベアリング5
が設けられている。該スリーブベアリング5はリ
フトアーム2先端の開口3内に挿入され、スリ割
り1部をボルト6締めすることによりリフトアー
ム2に一体に固定される。上記潤滑剤保持溝4は
貫通穴4aおよびスリーブベアリング5の外周部
に約60゜の範囲に亘つて設けた周溝4bを介しリ
フトアーム2先端に形成された潤滑剤供給用のフ
イツチング17と連通している。該潤滑剤供給用
のフイツチング17は、第3図に示すように、開
口3の水平軸より約40゜の位置に穴加工およびね
じ加工を施すことによりサービス性のよい潤滑剤
の供給をなし得る。ピン素子15上において上記
スリーブベアリング5と各ブツシユ16との間に
は潤滑剤の洩れ防止および外部からのゴミ等の侵
入防止を図るべくシール部材8が設けられてい
る。また、各シール部材8まわりには上記スリー
ブベアリング5と各ブツシユ16との間にシール
部材保護用のリング18が設けられている。ワツ
シヤ19がピン素子15上にてリフトアーム2先
端側部と各取付ブラケツト11開口側部との間に
設けられ、リフトアームとバケツトとの間のガタ
付きを無くしている。上記ピン素子15の一端に
は板部材20が溶接され、該板部材20は上記取
付ブラケツト11の一方の側壁に溶接固定された
スペーサ21を介し該取付ブラケツト11上にボ
ルト22止めされている。これによりピン素子1
5および該ピン素子上に圧入されたブツシユ16
を取付ブラケツト11に位置固定している。

入されかつ前記二又端の開口内に圧入された離間
した一対のブツシユと、これら離間したブツシユ
間で前記ピン素子上に回転可能に設けられかつ該
ピン素子との間に潤滑剤保持溝を有するスリーブ
ベアリングと、ピン素子上において前記スリーブ
ベアリングと各ブツシユとの間に設けられたシー
ル部材と、各シール部材まわりにおいて前記スリ
ーブベアリングと各ブツシユとの間に設けられた
保護リングとからなるカートリツジ型ヒンジ装
置。 2 前記一方の部材に前記スリーブベアリングの
潤滑剤保持溝と連通せる潤滑剤供給用のフイツチ
ングが形成されている第1項のカートリツジ型ヒ
ンジ装置。 3 前記ピン素子の一端に板部材が固着され、該
板部材が前記二又端部の一方の側壁にボルト止め
されている第1項のカートリツジ型ヒンジ装置。 4 前記二又端部の一方の側壁にスペーサが固定

部と対応せる他方の部材の端部との間にワツシヤ
が設けられてなる第1項のカートリツジ型ヒンジ
