Claims (1)
- 誘電体基板上に増幅回路間が、シヨートスタブ
を用いた整合回路によつて接続されるマイクロ波
増幅器において、前記シヨートスタブの先端が、
前記増幅回路を使用する周波数帯域においてイン
ピーダンスがほぼ零となる第１のコンデンサによ
つて接地され、また前記コンデンサと並列に、抵
抗、インダクタ、第２のコンデンサによる直列回
路が接続され、前記抵抗とインダクタとは前記誘
電体基板の取付けランドを介在して接続されたこ
とを特徴とするマイクロ波増幅器。
