圧流体を吹込みパリスン5をキヤビテイ4及び空
洞間隙8に圧接するようブローする。ついで第4
図に示す如くパリスン5内の吹込を維持しつつ、
下型3を上昇することにより空洞間隙8を減少さ
せ、空洞間隙8内にパリスン5′を充満させ、さ
らにパリスン5′を圧潰したパリスン5′をキヤビ
テイ4の内方に盛り上げる。かくしてパリスン
5′はキヤビテイ4の内方に盛り上げられ、中空
体の角部は肉厚が均一にさらに積極的には厚肉に
構成される。その後パリスン5を冷却し金型1内
より中空体を取出し、空洞間隙8に位置した鋳バ
リを除去することによりプラスチツク中空体が得
られる。尚、第5図に示す如く、空洞間隙8内の
パリスン5′を圧潰しキヤビテイ4内方に盛り上
げると同時に未だ空洞間隙8内に位置するパリス
ン5′を型内のエツジ10にて切断したり、未だ
空洞間隙8内に位置するパリスン5′とキヤビテ
イ4側のパリスンを薄肉部分で連結しておき後ほ
ど除去してもよい。
