されたツールで所定の加工を施すＮＣ旋削工作機
械において、予めタレツト刃物台の一面に取付け
られエア通路孔を有するツールホルダと、該ツー
ルホルダに挿着され先端部が径方向に突出した突
出部を有しかつ軸方向中心部に穿設されたエア通
路孔を設けた切粉引出しツールと、前記ツールホ
ルダの下部に一体的に形成され前記ツールホルダ
内の径方向のエア通路孔に連結されたエア通路孔
を有したエア通路部材とからなり、ＮＣ制御で前
記切粉引出しツールをＺ軸およびＸ軸に移動し、
切粉引出しツールの先端部である突出部で切粉を
除去すると共に切粉引出しツール、ツールホルダ
およびエア通路用部材のエア通路孔内を通して切
粉引出しツールの先端吐出口からエアもしくはク
ーラントを吹き出して、チヤツク端面および爪基
