本発明は、塗装工程において被塗装物の洗浄排
水中に含まれる塗料粕を除去するようにした塗装

処理能力は常時高濃度処理レベルに設定しなけれ

車塗装工程における塗料排水処理装置を示すもの
で、自動車ボデイを塗装すべきスプレーブース1
に排水路2を介して接続される分離槽3には、そ
の槽内の上流側で槽内に挿入されて下流側に摺動
するスキマー4と該スキマー4の当接によつて撹
拌槽5を形成すべき壁体6とが設けられ、該壁体
6は分離槽3の左右両側壁間に渉つて撹拌槽5の
後壁6aと底壁6bとを形成するように設けら
れ、従つてスキマー4は底壁6bの前端に当接し
て撹拌槽5の前壁を形成するように設けられ、更
に分離槽3には該壁体6を介して前記撹拌槽5に
連る移送ポンプ7を収容する函体8が設けられ、
該函体8内の移送ポンプ7を介して前記撹拌槽5
はペーパーフイルタ9に連通されている。又、分
離槽3は、その後壁を水位調整ゲート10とし、
該ゲート10を介して分離槽3は隣接する補助ビ
ツト11に連通され、該補助ビツト11はその内
部の水中ポンプ12を介して前記スプレーブース
1に連通され、更に前記ペーパーフイルタ9は移
送ポンプ13を介して補助ビツト11に連通され

され、つづいて該撹拌槽5内に掻き寄せられた塗
装粕排水と分離槽3内の排水を分離すべく水位調
整ゲート10が低下すると共に該撹拌槽5内の撹
拌機14で均一に撹拌された塗料粕は移送ポンプ
7によりペーパーフイルタ9に移送されて濾過処
理されるもので、このように本発明によるとき
は、塗料粕洗浄排水を受容する分離槽3内にスキ
マー4と該スキマー4の当接によつて撹拌槽5を
形成すべき壁体6とを設け、該壁体6と該スキマ
ー4とにより形成した撹拌槽5をポンプ7を介し
てペーパーフイルタ9に接続したものであるから
ペーパーフイルタ9には常に均一濃度の塗料粕が
送られるためペーパーフイルタ9の処理レベルの
設定が容易となり該フイルタが上述した従来例の
ように無駄に駆動されることがない等の効果を有
