<Conventional technology> Conventionally, this type of bathtub was developed in the 1970s, for example.
There is one disclosed in Publication No. 58644.
In such a bathtub, a heating heat exchanger (heat exchange section) is installed by closely attaching pipes to the outer surface of the tank wall at the bottom and lower side walls, and high-temperature hot water is circulated from the hot water source to the heat exchanger. The bathtub water is heated by heat transfer from the inner surface of the bathtub wall.

However, since it is an indirect heat exchange method (structure) in which the bath wall is heated once by a heating heat exchanger and the bath water is boiled by the heat from the heated bath wall, the bottom wall and side wall The bottom of the bathtub gets hot and you cannot boil the bathtub water while taking a bath.It takes too long for the heat to transfer from the heat exchanger to the bathtub water, resulting in extremely poor heat exchange efficiency. The bathtub wall repeatedly receives high-temperature heat from the heat exchanger. This has had many problems, including a severe drop in durability due to thermal fatigue caused by impact, which is a major cause of shortening the service life of the bathtub.

<Means for solving the problem> The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problem is to add bellows-shaped metal pipes in multiple stages along the inner peripheral surface of the lower part of the side wall of the bathtub body. A heat exchanger is formed, and a protective cover covering the heat exchanger is attached to extend from the bottom wall of the bathtub body to the side wall to form a heat exchanger chamber, and the protective cover covers the area between the upper edge and the side wall and the lower edge thereof. A communication path for communicating the heat exchange chamber and the inside of the tank is provided between the bottom wall and the bottom wall, extending over the inner circumferential surface of the lower part of the side wall.

<Function> The present invention involves attaching bellows-shaped metal pipes in multiple stages along the entire inner circumference of the lower side wall of the bathtub body to circulate and supply high-temperature hot water from the hot water source to the entire inner circumference. A heat exchange section is formed and arranged. A protective cover is attached to cover the heat exchange section from the bottom wall to the side wall to form a heat exchange chamber between the cover and the lower inner surface of the side wall, and between the upper edge of the protective cover and the side wall. A communication path is provided between the lower end edge and the bottom wall to communicate the heat exchange chamber and the inside of the tank, and the heat exchange section housed in the heat exchange chamber is used to connect the bath water that flows into the chamber and stagnates. To efficiently boil bath water by directly exchanging heat and causing natural convection within the heat exchange chamber. In other words, the bathtub water (hot water) heated in the heat exchange chamber flows into the tank through an upper communication passage opened along the entire inner circumference of the side wall, and flows into the bathtub through a lower communication passage opened around the bottom wall. To efficiently boil bath water while causing natural convection when water flows into a heat exchange chamber and is heated.

Therefore, the bathtub water flowing into and stagnating in the heat exchange chamber 3 formed around the entire lower part of the side wall a 1 of the bathtub body A is directly heat exchanged in the heat exchange section 4 in the chamber 3. The heated bath water (hot water) is heated on the side wall.
The water flows into the tank a through the upper communication port 6 which is opened along the entire inner circumference of the tank a1 , and as the water flows out, the bottom wall
a 2 Bathtub water (water) flows into the heat exchange chamber 3 from the lower communication passage 7 that opens around the periphery and is directly heated in the heat exchange section 4. Natural convection in the vertical direction is carried out through the side wall of the bathtub body A. a1 It is designed to efficiently boil water in the bathtub in a short time by stirring it all around the bottom.

A heat exchange section is formed by attaching bellows-shaped metal pipes in multiple stages along the inner peripheral surface of the lower part of the side wall of the bathtub body, and a protective cover covering the heat exchange section is extended from the bottom wall of the bathtub body to the side wall. At the same time, a communication passage is provided between the upper edge of the protective cover and the side wall and between the lower edge of the protective cover and the bottom wall to communicate the heat exchange chamber and the inside of the tank, on the inner peripheral surface of the lower part of the side wall. Because it is installed across the body, the bath water can be heated and boiled while directly exchanging heat with the bath water in the heat exchange chamber. It is possible to boil water in the bathtub by supplying it in circulation.

The bathtub water (hot water) heated in the heat exchange chamber flows out into the tank from an upper communication passage that opens along the entire inner circumference of the side wall, and as it flows out, it flows into the bathtub from a lower communication passage that opens around the bottom wall. When the water flows into the heat exchange chamber and is heated, the natural convection in the vertical direction is generated around the entire lower part of the side wall of the bathtub body, allowing the bathtub water to boil. It is advantageous to be able to provide a bathtub in which heat exchange is performed effectively and the bathtub water can be boiled efficiently in a short time.
