Rack equipment used in warehouse equipment such as automated warehouses is
Basically, the larger the total amount of buckets that can be accommodated relative to the size, the better, and the wider the opening of each shelf for storing buckets, etc., the more convenient it is to take them in and out. Therefore, in such a rack device, the problem is how to make each component of the rack, such as the cross beams and shelves, thin and lightweight. is a structure with shelves installed in a vertical and horizontal framework constructed using angle materials, channel materials, etc., so if the frontage of each shelf is wide enough to conveniently take in and out buckets, the overall width of the frontage can be reduced. However, there were disadvantages such as the length and breadth of the structure increased by the thickness of the frame, and a large site area was required.

This invention does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks, and even if the frontage width of each shelf is made appropriately wide, the width of the rack equipment as a whole can be made as small as possible, and therefore the overall size of the rack equipment can be reduced. The purpose of this invention is to provide a rack device that has an extremely high ratio of storage capacity to bucket capacity.

As described above, in the rack device of this embodiment, the vertical bar 14 is hung vertically with its thickness facing in the front-rear direction, and an angle member is installed between the vertical bar 14 and the cross beam 9 on the rear surface. 16 is also installed horizontally and its thickness face faces forward, so the width of the constituent members that appear in front view is only the thickness width, and the third
As is clear from the figure, it is extremely small, and even if the frontage width l and opening height h of one storage shelf are set appropriately wide for convenience when putting in and taking out buckets 2, the overall frontage width L and frontage are The height H is
The value is very close to the value obtained by multiplying each of the above-mentioned one frontage width l and one frontage height h by the number of storage shelves in each vertical and horizontal direction.

In the above embodiment, the vertical bar 14 is made of elongated sheet metal, but if the weight of the bucket placed on the front end of each angle member 16 is small, the longitudinal width of the vertical bar 14 can also be made small. A wire rod-like member may be used, and the front and rear ends of the band-shaped sheet metal, the width of the upper surface of the angle member 16, etc. can be varied in design depending on the weight, shape, etc. of the bucket to be applied.

Furthermore, since most of the weight applied to the front end of each angle member 16 supported by the vertical bar 14 is applied to the ceiling beam 7 on which the vertical bar 14 is suspended, the weight is placed at the middle of the front vertical support 3. The horizontal beam 18 installed and the horizontal beam 19 installed at the lowest level are the ceiling beams 7
It may also be constructed with a member having much lower strength than the above, and the intermediate cross beam 18 may be omitted, and the vertical bar 14 may be fixed to the lowest cross beam 19.
It is also possible to fasten the vertical bar 14 with a bolt of low strength so as to prevent the horizontal movement of the vertical bar 14. Further, in the above description, an example in which a linear member is used is given as an example in which the vertical bar 14 has a small longitudinal width, but it is also possible to use a wire material in addition to a bar material as the linear member.

In any case, as described above, the rack device of this invention is provided with a pair of vertical supports at the front and rear, respectively,
Ceiling beams are hung horizontally on the front vertical columns, horizontal beams are placed horizontally on the rear vertical columns at appropriate intervals in the height direction, and vertical bars are suspended from the ceiling beams at appropriate intervals in the horizontal direction. However, this is a rack device in which an angle member is installed horizontally between a cross beam and a vertical bar, and since the vertical bar is provided with its thickness surface facing in the front-rear direction, the width of the overall frontage of the rack device can be increased. Therefore, even if the rack device is of the same size, it can store a large number of buckets, and when storing the same number of buckets, one bag for each bucket can be used. The wide frontage of the storage shelf makes it easier to put in and take out buckets. Furthermore, as described above, the vertical bar provided with its thickness facing in the front-rear direction has strong rigidity in the front-rear direction, but somewhat weak rigidity in the left-right direction. Therefore, after welding the rear end of the angle member to the cross beam, when screwing the front end of the angle member to the vertical bar, even if the welded angle member and the vertical bar are slightly misaligned, the vertical bar will not move in the left-right direction. The slack absorbs the misalignment and simplifies and speeds up assembly of the rack device. Furthermore, in joining the vertical bar and the front end of the angle member, the vertical bar is sandwiched between two adjacent angle members and screwed together, which simplifies and speeds up the assembly work.

Furthermore, in terms of load, the rear end of the angle member is welded to the cross beam, and the front end is screwed to the vertical bar, and the angle member is tilted downwards around the rear end of the angle member, which has a higher degree of fixation. Even if an attempt is made to descend or turn, the vertical bar has increased rigidity in the front-rear direction and does not easily deform as described above, so it is possible to accommodate buckets with heavy contents.
