本考案は圧電スピーカーに関するもので、その
目的とするところは、薄い圧電磁器板をそれより
広い面積を有する薄い金属製の振動板に貼り合わ
せた構造の圧電エレメントを使用し、ハウジング
部を別個に設けることなしに、取付け構造も簡単
で、電磁スピーカーのように磁力を発生すること
がなく、ビビリ音も生じることのない安価で軽量

従来、圧電スピーカーとしては第4図に示す構
成のものがあり、8は有底のケースで、圧電磁器
板10を貼つた振動板11から成る圧電エレメン
トの周辺を接着剤によつて固定している。9は上
蓋で多数の放音孔13を有する。12は外部と電
気的接続をする端子である。このような構成をと
れば、振動板11を接着剤によつてケース8に固
定したために圧電エレメントの振動がもれてしま
つたり音がビビつたりする。又、音域に関して低
域まで拡げようとすれば振動板や圧電磁器板の径
を大きくしたり、厚みを薄くしたりする必要があ
り、工法的にも難しく、500Hz以下の低音域まで

インサート成型部4と外郭部6との間の環状振動
部5は厚みを薄く成型し、圧電エレメントからの
振動を消去することなく、環状振動部5自体も共
振する第2の振動板の役割を果たすように構成し

ビりもなくなつた。又、圧電エレメントはプラス
チツクケース3に接着する必要がないので工法的
にも簡易でしかも安価になり、成型条件さえ十分
管理すれば均一な特性を得ることが可能となり、
取付け構造も簡単な、電磁スピーカーのように磁
力を発生することのない圧電スピーカーを提供す
