In order to prevent these, protective measures such as waterproofing, painting, or installing exterior panels are taken, but there are some concerns regarding their effectiveness, durability, superiority in management, and appearance. From the viewpoint of aesthetic effects, etc., it is more preferable to attach an exterior plate.

A fixer bolt 5 is embedded in a predetermined position on the wall surface, an adjusting member 2 is fixed to the fixer bolt 5 on the side wall with a screw 6, and a mounting member 3 is attached to the adjusting member 2. They are fixed with bolts 4 so that the surfaces on which these protrusions 2c and 3d are formed are brought into contact with each other. In this case, the wall surface of the frame 1 has unevenness as shown in FIG. 1, and the adjustment member 2 is also attached in an uneven state. The separation position with respect to the wall surface is adjusted, and the attachment part 3a is fixed so that it forms a properly vertical surface, and the mutual relationship with other attachment members 3 is also correctly matched. For this position adjustment, since protrusions 2c and 3d are formed on both the joint surfaces, if the pitch of these protrusions 2c and 3d is appropriately formed in advance, the position can be adjusted in a finely adjusted state. , can be reliably fixed to each other by the engagement of the protrusions 2c and 3d. As for the length of the mounting member 3, one continuous member may be used over the entire upper and lower sides of the wall surface, or a plurality of mounting members may be joined with a seam in the middle.
Further, the adjusting members 2 that support the mounting members 3 may be arranged at appropriate intervals, for example, at intervals of about five exterior plates 8; It is also possible to support and fix it at only two places, the upper and lower parts of 3. Furthermore, an appropriate number of mounting members 3 are arranged in parallel according to the length of the exterior plate 8. Next, the bracket 11 is fixed to the fixer bolt 5 on the upper wall part with the screw 6, and the upper holder 12 is properly positioned with respect to the bracket 11, so that the multiple corrugated grooves are engaged with each other. In this way, they are fixed together using the clamp 13. After engaging the engaged part 14a of the upper exterior plate 14 with the engaging part 12f of the holder 12, if the upper part of the exterior plate 14 is pressed and moved toward the holder 12, the tip will be attached to the end of the holder 12. Part 14b
are engaged, and the exterior plate 14 is fixed. At this time, the heat insulating plate 15 of the upper exterior plate 14 is attached to the holder 12 in advance.
All you have to do is cut out that part. In this state,
When the end of the waterproof sheet 19 is placed on the upper surface of the upper exterior plate 14 and the cap 17 is pressed from above, the locked portion 17a of the cap 17 is locked to the locking portion 14c of the exterior plate 14, and The winding part 17b is engaged with the tip end 14b of the exterior plate 14 while winding up the waterproof sheet 19, and the end of the waterproof sheet 19 is fixed together with the cap 17. This waterproof sheet 1
The free end side of 9 is fixed to a waterproof layer 18 previously applied to the upper wall portion of the frame 1 with an adhesive. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper part of the main exterior plate 8 is inserted into the back side of the holder 12 from below in the direction of arrow A, and the latched portion 8f is latched to the latching portion 12g. Next, press the lower part of the exterior plate 8 toward the body 1 as shown by arrow B, and press the engaged portion 8b against the folded portion 7 of the holder.
Forcibly engage the engaging portion 7f at the tip while sliding it on the slope e. As a result, the main exterior plate 8 is elastically fixed to the predetermined portions of the holders 7 and 12. At this time, since the heat insulating plate 9 of the exterior plate 8 is not present in the holder 7 portion, the attachment can be performed without any problem. Further, in the forcible engagement, the entire exterior plate or the engaged portion is made of a metal such as aluminum, and the elasticity of the metal is utilized. Thereafter, in the same manner, the main exterior plates 8 are sequentially latched and engaged with the fixed holder 7 from above to below, and the exterior plates 8 and 14 are attached to the outer surface of the frame 1 via the attachment member 3. A fixed, uniformly planar exterior wall is constructed.
Incidentally, the exterior plate 8 is attached to the holders 7 and 1 which are arranged and fixed in advance.
In contrast to 2, it is also possible to fit and fix by sliding in the longitudinal direction. In addition, at each joint in the longitudinal direction of the elongated body of the exterior plates 8, 14, a joint plate 20 (dotted chain line in Figure 2) of appropriate width and shaped along the exterior plates 8, 14 is attached on the back side, and the lower end thereof is attached. Fitting protrusions 8 formed on the back side of the folded parts 8a, 14e of the exterior plates 8, 14
d and 14d, and the upper part is engaged with the protrusion 8h of the exterior plate 8 and the tip 14b of the exterior plate 14 and fixed, thereby preventing rainwater etc. from entering through the joint. be able to. This is particularly effective when the exterior plates 8 and 14 expand and contract in the longitudinal direction due to temperature changes and gaps are created at the butt joints between the exterior plates 8 and 14. Moreover, the expansion and contraction of the exterior plates 8 and 14 due to temperature changes at this time will not be caused by any force between them since the exterior plates 8 and 14 are fitted and attached to the holders 7 and 12 so as to be movable in the lateral direction. It is absorbed without being generated.

Since a gap is created between b, 14a and the hooked part 8f, air can circulate as shown by arrows C and C in FIG. Air also circulates through the gaps 10 and 16 through the gaps and the ventilation holes 9a and 15a of the heat insulating plates 9 and 15.
4 and the main body 1, there is no problem such as dew condensation, and the air pressure on both the inside and outside of the exterior plate is the same, so there is no possibility that the exterior plate is bent. Not only are the heat insulating plates 9 and 15 present between the heat insulating plates 9 and 15, but also air layers exist on both sides of the heat insulating plates, and this air can move, which greatly improves the heat insulating effect against the radiant heat of the sun. be able to. In addition, hanging walls 8c and 14 are installed in the upper and lower butt gaps to prevent blowing from the outside.
Since f and 28c are present, the inner chamber constitutes a depressurized space, and when rainwater is blown in, for example,
It can act to prevent rainwater from entering the interior. Further, the exterior plates 8, 14, and 28 are indirectly attached to the frame 1 via the holders 7, 12, and 27, and the two are semi-fixedly connected in an engaged and latched state. Therefore, it is not directly affected by the expansion/contraction, behavior, etc. of the frame 1, and there is no problem.
