Conventionally, in a vehicle equipped with this type of air guide duct, the air cleaner body inlet on the chassis side and the air guide duct on the driver's cab side are connected so as to be able to come in and out so as to accommodate the tilting of the driver's cab. Since the air guide duct is only fixed at a predetermined position in the operator's cab, there are certain parts precision, chassis accuracy, and operator cab sheet metal precision between the air cleaner inlet and the connecting ends of the air guide duct. As a result of compounding dimensional errors due to variations in assembly accuracy during bodywork, the positional deviation between the two connecting ends, which causes a decrease in airtightness, is absorbed and the two connecting ends are moved relative to each other. There were technical issues that required additional management and man-hours to ensure positional accuracy.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle-use device that can ease precision control to ensure the accuracy of the relative position between the inlet part of the air cleaner body and the connecting end of the air guide duct, and reduce the number of man-hours. An object of the present invention is to provide a wind guide duct support device for an air cleaner.

Now, in this example, the lower part of the air guide duct 6, which is attached to the driver's cab 1 of the vehicle and installed vertically so as to be able to come into contact with and separate from the inlet portion 4a of the air cleaner main body 4 attached to the chassis, is connected to the driver's cab 1. A U-shaped lower support bracket 19 is attached to the lower outer surface of the bracket and has a pair of oblong support holes 21 therethrough, and a U-shaped lower support bracket 19 has a pair of screw shafts inserted through both support holes 21 respectively. Adjustment of longitudinal movement of the support hole 21 and adjustment of the screw shaft portion are performed through a lower support bolt 22 having a shape of Since it is supported so that its movement in the axial direction can be adjusted, when assembling the air guide duct 6 to the rear surface 1a of the driver's cab 1, the cover 10 is attached to the upper support bracket 13 with both upper support bolts at the upper part of the air guide duct 6. 16 and nuts 17 through both upper buffer pieces 15, while the lower support bolt 22 can be tightened in the support hole 21 with respect to the lower support bracket 19 at the lower part of the air guide duct 6. Adjust the movement in the left and right direction with
5, the lower support part 7 of the air guide duct 6 can be tightened to the lower support bracket 19 via both lower buffer pieces 18 by screwing in the front and rear direction, and the connecting end of the air guide duct 6 and The air guide duct 6 can be installed by reliably and easily matching the opening position of the connecting edge 9 with the opening position of the connecting hose 5, which is the connecting end of the inlet 4a of the air cleaner main body 4.

Therefore, even if the sheet metal accuracy of the chassis and driver's cab 1, the dimensional accuracy of the air guide duct 6, the lower support bracket 19, etc. vary between vehicles, the above-mentioned variations in accuracy are compounded and accumulated. As a result of being able to assemble the air guide duct 6 while absorbing errors, there is an advantage that the accuracy control limit in the production process of related parts can be expanded and accuracy control can be relaxed, and the number of man-hours can be reduced.

Further, since the relative positions of the connecting ends of the air guide duct 6 and the inlet portion 4a of the air cleaner main body 4 can be matched with each other, the airtight performance between the two connecting ends can be significantly improved.

Furthermore, even if the opening position of the connection edge 9 and the opening position of the connection hose 5 change relative to each other due to the tilting and return of the operator's cab 1, the connection remains in contact with the upper end edge 5a of the connection hose 5 in a covered manner. Positional displacement can be absorbed by the edge 9.
