In the structure in which the crosspiece 2 is attached to the upper surface of the ceiling plate part 1, an inclined notch 3 is provided which is open on the lower surface and one side of the crosspiece 2 and whose upper bottom surface is inclined in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the crosspiece 2. The lower end of the upper and lower surface of the notch 3 is the part 1 on the lower surface of the crosspiece 2 where the inclined notch 3 is not provided.
This relates to the structure of a ceiling plate that is flush with 1.

するという問題があつた。 Conventionally, a ceiling board such as a Japanese-style ceiling board has a crosspiece 2 on the top surface of a ceiling board part 1 made of plywood 7 to which a decorative board 6 is pasted.
I installed and configured it. However, ceiling board part 1
Due to the difference in insulation properties between the ceiling panel 1 and the crosspiece 2, dirt, dust, etc. in the air tend to adhere to the parts of the ceiling panel 1 other than the parts where the crosspiece 2 is attached, so the marks of the crosspiece 2 that are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are particularly noticeable. It was ruining its beauty. Therefore, in order to reduce the contact area between the crosspiece 2 and the ceiling plate part 1, it is considered to provide a recess 8 in the crosspiece 2 and provide a through groove 9 between the crosspiece 2 and the ceiling plate part 1 as shown in FIG. . However, since the ceiling board is long, a considerable amount of mechanical strength is required when handling the ceiling board, but if the through groove 9 is widened to increase the effect of preventing reflection of the crosspiece 2, a decrease in strength is inevitable. On the other hand, if the through groove 9 is made narrower, there is a problem in that the effect of preventing the crosspiece 2 from being reflected is reduced.

されるものではない。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. FIG. 2 shows an example of the crosspiece 2 used in the ceiling board of the present invention. Here, the crosspiece 2 is provided with an inclined notch 3 that opens on the lower surface and one side surface of the crosspiece 2 and whose upper bottom surface is inclined in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the crosspiece 2. The lower end is flush with the part of the lower surface of the crosspiece 2 where the inclined notch 3 is not provided. Further, the upper end of the upper bottom surface of the inclined notch 3 is located near the upper surface of the crosspiece 2. A large number of the above-mentioned inclined notches 3 are provided in the longitudinal direction of the crosspiece 2, and different inclined notches 3 are arranged alternately so that adjacent inclined notches 3 are inclined in opposite directions. It's becoming like that. Of course, the direction of inclination is not limited to the above, and can be set arbitrarily. Therefore, the crosspiece 2 having the above-mentioned structure is used as the plywood 7 of the ceiling board part 1 made of plywood 7 to which the decorative board 6 is attached.
A ceiling board is formed by attaching it to the top. In this case, a groove 12 with a triangular longitudinal section is formed between the ceiling board part 1 and the lower surface of the crosspiece 2, and this groove 12 is non-penetrating (that is, the In Fig. 4, it does not penetrate from part A to part B). In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, an example of the dimensional relationship is a

強くなるものである。 In the case of the present invention, in the case where the crosspiece is attached to the upper surface of the ceiling board as described above, the cutout is open on the lower surface and one side of the crosspiece, and the top surface of the notch is inclined in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the crosspiece. Since the lower end of the upper bottom surface of the inclined notch is flush with the part of the lower surface of the crosspiece where the inclined notch is not provided, a groove that does not pass through is formed between the ceiling plate part and the crosspiece. As a result, in order to improve the effect of preventing the reflection of the crosspiece, the groove part is made wider, but it is stronger than the conventional through-groove. It has the advantage of being strong, and when installing the ceiling board, when fixing the crosspiece and ceiling frame assembly with mechanical nails, the side surfaces of the crosspiece are wide, making it easy to work, and the slopes of the sloped notches can be alternated. This will increase the strength before and after construction.
