ランスさせるバランスダイヤフラムとを備える式
のものにおいて、該バランスダイヤフラムを、該
主ダイヤフラムに比し少しく小さい有効径とに形
成させると共に該主ダイヤフラムの背側に対向さ
せて設けて両ダイヤフラム間に圧力室を形成させ
、該圧力室内をこれに連通して該弁プラグ内をの
びる軸孔を介して該弁プラグの先端側に開口させ
