である。 Conventionally, the heating elements generally available are those in which an insulating layer is laminated on one or both sides of a planar heating element, a pressure-sensitive adhesive is layered, and a release paper is attached to this pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The plurality of tongue-shaped terminals of the heating element are formed to face each other in order to facilitate the installation of lead wires, so when the release paper is peeled off, the base of the tongue-shaped terminal is closer to the free edge of one of the tongue-shaped terminals. However, as a result of various experimental studies, the present inventor has found that a strong tensile force acts on the connection between the tongue-shaped terminal and the heat-generating thin wire, causing damage or breakage of the connection. The present invention is free from these drawbacks.

るものである。 Embodiments of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 3. A metal foil with good conductivity such as aluminum foil, iron foil, or stainless steel foil with a thickness of 5 to 50 μm is etched. Foil circuit or wire diameter formed into a serpentine pattern by pressing etc.
A planar heating circuit 1 consisting of a wire circuit in which nichrome wires of 0.05 to 0.5 mm are arranged in a meandering manner is coated with transparent or opaque insulation such as polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyester film, or polyamide film with a thickness of 15 to 500 μm on one or both sides. The layers 2 are laminated by an appropriate method, and one of the insulating layers 2 formed on the exposed planar heating element 1 or both surfaces of the planar heating element 1 is coated with an acrylic ester-based, rubber-based, etc. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed by layering a pressure-sensitive adhesive of 1 to 100μ, and this pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3
A sheet heating element 5 is formed by pasting a release paper 4 treated with a silicone resin or the like on the sheet, and the free edges 7 of the plurality of tongue-shaped terminals 6 formed in the sheet heating circuit 1 are formed in the same direction. , peeling tabs 8 and 9 are formed on the same side edges of the insulating layer 2 and the release paper 4, and the free end edge 7 of the tongue-shaped terminal 6 is
and peeling tabs 8 and 9 are formed in opposite directions.

続部に損傷あるいは破断を与えないものである。 In the present invention, an insulating layer 2 is formed on one side of the planar heating circuit 1, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed on the other side of the planar heating circuit 1.
In the planar heating element 5 in which a release paper 4 is laminated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3, the free edges 7 of the plurality of tongue-shaped terminals 6 formed in the planar heating circuit 1 are formed in the same direction. Peeling tabs 8 and 9 are formed on the same side edges of the insulating layer 2 and the release paper 4, and the free edge 7 and the peeling tabs 8 and 9 are formed in opposite directions. Since the peeling direction of the release paper 4 and the direction of the free end edge 7 of the tongue-shaped terminal 6 match, the release paper 4 stuck to the tongue-shaped terminal 6 can be removed from the tongue-shaped terminal 6. It can be peeled off without applying excessive force to the terminal, and in particular, the connection between the tongue-shaped terminal 6 and the planar heating element 1 is not damaged or broken.
