ーパイプ２８および貫通孔２３に挿通可能で且つ
貫通孔２３に係合する断面形状をもつたキヤベツ
突通棒７を上記回転体９に取付け、また、センタ
ーパイプ２８の上縁部分には外側に反つた刃部２
