て殺虫を行う電気殺虫装置用殺虫マツトの構成に

ら構成される。この包装袋5に囲繞された殺虫マ
ツト4は通常非使用時においては完全に外気と遮
断され、殺虫成分の自然拡散を防止している。上
記構成の殺虫マツト4は包装袋5を破らずに包装
袋5に囲繞されたまま直接上記本体1の熱板3に
装着され、この状態で電源コード2を電源に接続

従つて、第4図に示すように、該シート8は熱板
3からの熱によつて溶解し、拡散孔6を開放す
る。該孔6が開放されれば、孔6から殺虫マツト
4の殺虫成分が外気に拡散され、殺虫が行われ

即ち、包装袋に殺虫マツトを包んだまま殺虫装置
に装着して、熱板の熱により該マツトを加熱すれ
ば、外被が即座に熱板と同温にまで加熱されると
共に外被の拡散孔を封止している熱溶解性のシー
トも加熱され、この熱によつて該シートが溶解し
て拡散孔を開放することにより殺虫マツトの殺虫
成分が外気に拡散される。従つて、従来袋を破つ
てから殺虫マツトを直接手でつかんで装着するこ
とによつて生じていた不都合(指に殺虫マツトの
芳香成分が付着すること)を解消することができ
る。しかも、殺虫マツトは熱伝導良好な材料から
成る外被に覆われているので、熱板の熱が上面、
側面からも均一に殺虫マツトに加えることがで
き、殺虫マツトを有効且つ長時間に亘つて使用す
