- 絶縁基板に導電体パターンが印刷され、この導
電体パターンに複数のランドが形成され、少なく
とも該ランド間に部分レジスト層が形成され、さ
らにこの部分レジスト層を有する導電体パターン
形成面上に前記ランドを残して全面レジスト層が
形成されたことを特徴とするプリント配線板。
