To eat this natto, the process is usually to transfer the natto wrapped in a triangular piece of wood to a tableware, add soy sauce, green onions, etc., and stir. Therefore,
Natto has some drawbacks, including the process of eating it and the time-consuming process of washing the dishes with sticky natto residue after eating. For this reason, even if students would like to provide natto for school lunches, the reality is that it is simply not possible due to the time and effort involved in washing the dishes.

である。 Incidentally, foods in which meat, vegetables, etc. are surrounded by noodle dough include gyoza, spring rolls, and the like. These foods have become especially popular recently because they are delicious, nutritious, and easy to eat. However, to date, no food product containing natto surrounded by noodle dough has been commercially available. Foods in which natto is surrounded by noodle dough in this way have a unique taste that is different from the aforementioned gyoza, spring rolls, etc., and also eliminates the hassle of washing dishes with natto sticky substances after meals. . Therefore, if this is provided for school lunches, it will save a lot of effort for those involved in school lunches, and it is sure to be appreciated by the students.

A through hole 14 is formed in the upper center of the case 13, and a first feeding hole 15 for natto is formed in the center of the lower part.
A second delivery hole 16 for natto is provided so as to be located further forward. Further, a sealing lid 17 is screwed into the front end of the through hole 14 of the case 13, and a hopper 18 is fixed to the upper part of the first supply hole 15 of the case 13 so as to be electrically connected to the through hole 14. on the other hand,
A cylindrical inner cylinder 19 is rotatably fitted into the through hole 14 , and a second large-diameter cylinder 19 is provided above the cylinder 19 so as to be electrically connected to the first supply hole 15 of the case 13 .
A first delivery hole 21 having a small diameter is formed in front of the supply hole 20 so as to be electrically connected to the second delivery hole 16 of the case 13 as the inner cylinder 19 rotates. A sprocket foil 22 is attached to the rear end of the inner cylinder 19.
is fixed, and this sprocket wheel 22 is linked to the drive mechanism inside the fuselage 1 via a chain 23, so that the inner cylinder 19 rotates exactly 180 degrees as described later. . Further, a piston 24 is inserted into the inner cylinder 19 so as to be freely advanced and retracted, and a piston rod 25 of this piston 24 is rotatably attached to a crank pin 27 on a rotating disk 26 that is pivotally supported at the rear of the fuselage 1. It has been done.

On the other hand, a rotary cutter 37 is pivotally supported on a support frame 36 above the machine body 1 so that its tip abuts on the upper surface of the feed roller 35. A pair of sprocket wheels 38 and 39 are attached to the rear ends of the support shafts of the feed roller 35 and the rotary cutter 37 so as to mesh with each other, and these sprocket wheels 38 and 39 are connected to a drive mechanism inside the machine body 1 (not shown). The feed roller 35 and rotary cutter 37 are rotated in opposite directions as indicated by arrows in the figure.

である。 The forming conveyor 2 and the product take-out conveyor 3 rotate intermittently in the directions indicated by the arrows in the figure, and accordingly, the noodle strip A wound in a coil in the noodle dough supply mechanism 6 is guided to the guide roller 12. The product is then intermittently transferred on the molding conveyor 2 from the front to the rear, and then to the product take-out conveyor 3. Simultaneously with the temporary stop of the forming conveyor 2, the natto supply mechanism 7 is activated, and the natto B is dropped and supplied onto the noodle strip A below the natto supply mechanism 7, which has been transferred from the noodle strip supply mechanism 6. The process is as shown in FIG.

2a上の納豆Bは完全に切離される。 First, the natto B filled in the hopper 18 is transferred into the inner cylinder 19 through the first supply hole 15 above the case 13 and the second supply hole 20 above the inner cylinder 19 by the rotation of the screw-type pushing tool 31. sent. (Fig. 4A) Next, the sprocket wheel 22 connected to a drive source (not shown) via the chain 23 is rotated to rotate the inner cylinder 19 exactly 180 degrees so that the first delivery hole 21 is directed directly downward. . (Figure 4 B)
Next, when the rotary disk 26 is rotated and the piston 24 is advanced through the piston rod 25, the natto 13 in the inner cylinder 19 is delivered to the first delivery hole 21 and the second delivery hole of the case 13 which is in communication with the first delivery hole 21. 16, and is pushed out to the outside and falls onto the conveyor belt 2a of the molding conveyor 2. (Fig. 4 C) By the way, at this time, the viscous substance contained in natto B adheres to the vicinity of the second delivery hole 16 of the case 13, so even if the natto falls downward, it may pull strings and grow upward and downward. many. Therefore, by operating the air compressor 29 and discharging air from the tip of the air cutter 28 to blow off the sticky threads from both sides, the natto B on the conveyor belt 2a is completely separated.

折り畳まれる。 As described above, a predetermined amount of natto B dropped onto the noodle strip A on the conveyor belt 2a is transferred to the folding mechanism 8 as the conveyor belt 2a rotates. Here, as shown in FIG. 5, one side of the conveyor belt 2a is first folded by the folding guide piece 33 located at the front.
One side of the noodle strip A is also folded so as to be wrapped around the conveyor belt 2a, and then the other side of the conveyor belt 2a is folded by the folding guide piece 33 located at the rear, so the other side of the noodle strip A is folded in the same way. .

Here, as the sprocket wheels 38 and 39 mesh with each other, the rotary cutter 37 and the feed roller 35 rotate in opposite directions as shown by the arrows in the figure, so that the tip of the rotary cutter 37 is connected to the feed roller. 35, the noodle strip A is cut between the natto B and the natto B by crushing the noodle strip A. In this way, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a food product is produced in which the natto B is completely surrounded by the noodle belt A that is polymerized and pasted above and closed at the front and rear ends.
