Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 45-9458, which is a conventional example of this type of standing light, uses a secondary battery that is charged when the power is turned on and discharged during a power outage, and a secondary battery that is turned on and off in response to changes in the resistance of the photoconductive element. It is equipped with a switching means made of a transistor connected to a secondary battery, and a lamp connected to the secondary battery so that turning on and off is controlled by the switching means in the event of a power outage, and the lamp is turned on only when the surrounding area is dark during a power outage. This is to prevent wasteful consumption of secondary batteries.

The present invention has been developed to eliminate such inconveniences, and the present invention will be explained below based on the illustrated embodiments. In Figures 1 to 4, 1 is provided with a lamp 3 covered with a transparent cover 2 and a light emitting diode 4 for displaying charging operation on the front side, a control switch 5 on the side, and a commercial power supply connection on the back. This is a standing light body equipped with a plug (not shown). As shown in FIG. 2, the control switch 5 is slidable and has a locking piece 6a that articulately engages with a locking portion 1b of the inner wall 1a of the main body 1, and has an "ONa" position, an "OFF" position, A knob 6 serving as a light shielding member that can be locked in three positions including the "ONb" position, a movable contact 7 that is attached to the knob 6 so as to be interlocked with each other, and the movable contact 7 are in sliding contact. It consists of a switch board 8, and in the "OFF" position in Fig. 4, the terminals e and f are opened, "ONa",
Close terminals e and f at the "ONb" position. 9 is
This is a photoconductive element made of Cds, and the sensing part is exposed to the outside. The sensing part of this photoconductive element is shielded from light when the knob 6 is set to the "ONb" position, and exposed when it is set to any other position. It is equipped as follows.

Next, to explain the control circuit shown in FIG. 4 built into the main body 1, 10 is a step-down transformer connected to the plug, and 11 is a rectifier formed by connecting a diode 12 and a capacitor 13 to the secondary side of the transformer. , 14 is a secondary battery connected to the output end of the rectifier 11 via the light emitting diode 4 and the control switch 5. Charging is stopped when the switch 5 is in the "OFF" position, and charging is stopped when the switch 5 is in the "ONa" and "ONb" positions. Charges when the power is turned on, and discharges when it is stopped. This charging operation is indicated by light emission from the diode 4. 15 is a first NPN transistor whose emitter and collector are connected to the secondary battery 14 via the lamp 3 and the control switch 5; its base and emitter are connected in parallel to the diode 4, and is reverse biased by the voltage drop across the diode 4 during charging. is turned OFF and lamp 3 is turned off.

16, the emitter collector is connected to the secondary battery 1 via a third resistor 17, a diode 4, and a control switch 5.
4, the midpoint of the bias circuit consisting of the photoconductive element 9 and the first resistor 18 is connected to the base, and the first resistor 1
A second resistor 19 is connected in parallel with the transistor 8 via the emitter-collector of the first transistor 15.
The second transistor 16 is turned ON when the photoconductive element 9 is shielded from light when the control switch 5 is in the "ONb" position.
Then, at the "ONa" position, it turns ON and OFF according to the change in the resistance value of the photoconductive element 9.

Therefore, according to this configuration, when the control switch 5 is in the "ONa" position during a power outage (including when the plug is unplugged) and the surroundings are dark, the resistance of the photoconductive element 9 increases, causing the second transistor 16 to have a higher resistance than the battery 14. 1st resistor 1

turns on, and its collector current flows to the base of the first transistor 15, turning the transistor 15 on.
Then turn on lamp 3. of the first transistor 15
When turned ON, the base current of the second transistor 16 flows through the second resistor 19, so that the lamp 3 can be safely switched on and off with a slight change in illuminance. Conversely, when the surroundings are bright, the second transistor 16 is OFF and the first transistor 15 is also OFF.
It turns off, turns off lamp 3, and prevents unnecessary battery consumption.

Next, when the control switch 5 is set to the "ONb" position, the photoconductive element 9 is covered with the knob 6 and is in a light-shielding state, so the lamp 3 is turned on in the same way as when the surroundings are dark. It will be done.

As mentioned above, the present invention is a standing light that is equipped with a secondary battery that is charged when the power is turned on and a lamp that is lit by the secondary battery when the power is turned off, and a resistor that senses external light outside the main body. a photoconductive element that changes a value; a switching means that changes conduction or non-conduction in response to a change in resistance value of the photoconductive element to control turning on or off of the lamp; The first block blocks external light incident on the
A light shielding member is provided that can slide freely between the operating position and a second operating position that does not block light, so if the surroundings are bright during a power outage, the lamp will not turn on and wasteful consumption of the secondary battery can be prevented. When you want to know the brightness of a product or if you want to know about a power outage even during the day, you can switch the lamp to turn on regardless of the surrounding brightness with a simple operation.
