It is necessary to apply an undercoat to the lower surface, and since it is made of multiple iron plates, it is difficult to create a continuous shape around the upper opening of the trunk, and sealing material (IO2
) is a steel plate, so it is prone to rust and there are problems with the installation, such as increased noise in the trunk room.

の効果を発揮する。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, since the box body defining the trunk room is integrally molded with resin,
Compared to conventional methods, rust does not occur, the weight is reduced, manufacturing man-hours are reduced, and costs are reduced. In particular, in the past, multiple steel plates were joined together, which resulted in poor airtightness. By making it an integrally molded resin product as in the invention, the airtightness is improved, and since it is molded from resin, the degree of freedom in its shape increases, allowing for expansion of trunk capacity.Furthermore, it is washable with water, makes less noise, and is easy to replace. It is easy to use and has many effects.
