を介在させ、この弁室11は、止水時に通孔13
により室4と一方で通じ、他方の通孔13aによ
り室4aと通じるように構成し、この止水弁8
は、他端に操作用の摘み14を設けて周面の雄ね
じ15により前記螺孔7に進退自在に螺挿してあ
る。逆止弁16は通常のもので、前記螺孔7aに
取付けた栓17を介して前記弁座6aに対応さ
せ、この逆止弁16と栓17の間にスプリング1
8を弾装してある。前記浮弁12は、発泡樹脂そ
の他の基材によりほぼ円柱状に形成し、周面には
前記弁室11の内壁と対応するリブ19の複数を
軸方向の等間隔に突設し、上面(図に於いて)に
は前記通孔13aを開閉する環状の止水部20を
形成する。第4図及び第5図に示すものは別の実
施例で栓本体1aは、内部をほぼ直角に区切つた
隔壁3の弁口5に、同じく逆止弁16と向合せて
止水弁8aを備え、該止水弁8aは、案内溝21
を有するパツキング押え22により栓本体1aの
螺合部23に装着し、この止水弁8aの周面には

25を取付けてある。スプリング26は、前記止
水部9aとパツキング押え22の間に介在させて

水部20により通孔13aの周囲を押えて止水す
るため、流体は室4内に閉じ込められて配管末端
への通水は阻止される。従つて、使用者は止水弁
8の止水に気付いて止水弁8を前記の逆方向に操
作して弁口5を開放する。また、別の実施例の場
