Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the amount of dust removed air to a large extent by obtaining a wide filtering area, by parallelly providing a large number of rotary drums formed of an air permeable hard net material so as to block an air passage and arranging a strip like filter material to the outer peripheries of the rotary drums in a meandering state. CONSTITUTION:Air having dust mixed therein flows through the meandering material 7 in a filter 4 toward the direction shown by an arrow. The filter material 7 is a strip like one allowed to extend along the outer peripheral surfaces of rotary drums in a meandering state. The drums 6 for carrying the filter material 7 and a receiving member 8 are formed of an air permeable net material. Dust is collected by the filter material 7 and purified air flows out through a damper 27. When the filter material 7 was contaminated, a take-up shaft 12 is rotated by a take-up motor 13 to take up the filter material 7 while a new filter material 7 is drawn out. Therefore, filtering area can be widened and a filter material having weak mechanical strength can also be used.

When the air mixed with dust passing through the ventilation path attempts to pass through the filter medium, the dust mixed therein is removed by the filter medium. In the above case, since the filter medium is supported by the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of rotating drums, it is extremely unlikely that the filter medium will be damaged by the air flowing through the ventilation path. When replacing the filter medium, the plurality of rotating drums are rotated to send the dirty filter medium to one side and removed from the rotating drum, and at the same time, a new filter medium is replaced by the dirty filter medium along the movement path of the dirty filter medium. It can be attached in a meandering manner to the outer peripheral surface of a plurality of rotating drums.

Reference numeral 16 denotes a guide roll rotatably mounted on the machine frame 5, and an operating piece 17 is provided on a part of its outer peripheral surface. On the 1st, the limit switch is used to detect the amount of winding. When the guide roll 16 rotates and the operation piece 17 intermittently operates this switch 18, the number of times the switch is operated is counted and the winding shaft 12 is activated. When removing dust (for example, unburned carbon, sand, etc.) from dust-containing air using the filter configured as described above, the dust-containing air flows into the ventilation passage 3 as shown by the arrow from the left in Fig. 1. be swept away. The dust-mixed air passes through a meandering filter medium 7 in the filter 4. In this case, since the rotating drum 6 and the receiving member 8 are made of a net material to allow air to pass through, the air can flow through the meandering filter medium 7 regardless of the presence of the rotating drum 6 and the receiving member 8. pass through any part of At that time, the dust contained in the air is captured by the filter medium 7, and only the air from which the dust has been removed passes through the filter medium 7. The air purified as described above flows out to the right in FIG. 1 through the damper 27. In the case of the above example, even if the air flow is too strong and the filter medium 7 rises from the right side circumferential surface of the rotating drum 6 in FIG. 1, it is stopped by the receiving member 8 and damage is prevented.

If the filter medium 7 attached to the rotating drum 6 becomes dirty due to the removal of dust as described above (this is detected, for example, by detecting the differential pressure between the upstream side and the downstream side of the air passageway from the filter 4), Perform reupholstery as follows. The take-up shaft 12 is rotated by the take-up motor 13. Then, the dirty filter medium is drawn to the shaft 12, so each rotary drum 6 rotates, and the filter medium 7 moves downward, and is sequentially wound around the shaft 12.
As a result, a new filter medium is drawn out from the supply section IO, and the new filter medium is again attached to the rotating drum 6 in a meandering manner. It is detected by the winding amount detection limit switch 18 that all of the dirty filter medium has been wound onto the winding shaft 12, and the motor 13 is stopped when the winding is finished.

In the process of winding up the dirty filter medium 7 onto the winding shaft 12 as described above, the regeneration device 20 regenerates the filter medium 7, that is, removes dust adhering to the filter medium 7 as follows. That is, air in the regeneration chamber 21 is sucked toward the dust collector through the duct 25, high-pressure air is supplied to the nozzle 22 through the supply pipe 24, and high-speed air is sent from the outlet 23 to the filter medium 7.

The width of the air outlet 23 is, for example, 1.5 mm, and the speed of the air blown out from it is 100 m/sec or more. The dust adhering to the filter medium 7 is blown away from the filter medium 7 by such blowing of air, and the blown dust is sent to the dust collector through the duct 25 along with the air. The amount of air sucked in by the duct 25 is greater than the amount of air blown out from the nozzle 22 (for example, 2.5 times or more), and the air is blown away from the corner of the regeneration chamber 21 (the part where the filter medium 7 enters and exits). It is a good idea to prevent dust from flowing out.

When the filter medium 7 is re-covered on the rotary drum 6 by the operation of the winding section 11 as described above several times and there is no filter medium 7 remaining in the supply section 10 (for example, the length of the filter medium 7 described above is 20 30 m, and the above-mentioned re-covering can be performed about 7 times), the moving direction of the filter medium 7 is reversed so that it is sent out from the winding section 11 and is wound up on the supply section IO, and then It is sufficient to repeat the dust removal operation and the relining operation again, and once all the filter media has been wound up in the supply section 10,
The direction may be reversed again and the dust removal and re-covering operations may be performed in the same manner as described above.

In this specification, the use of the above-mentioned filter has been explained as a dust removal filter for automobile tunnels, but its use is not necessarily limited to automobile tunnels; for example, it can be used as a filter for general air conditioning such as air conditioning equipment in buildings and factories. Of course it is possible.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, when the dust-containing air flowing through the ventilation path is filtered by the filter medium 7, the filter medium 7 is attached to a plurality of rotating drums in a meandering manner. , it is possible to obtain a significantly wider filtration area than when the filter medium is stretched in a straight line, blocking the ventilation path, and has the effect of significantly improving the throughput of the air to be dusted.

Moreover, in the above case, even if a wide filtration area is obtained as described above, the filter medium 7 is not connected to the rotating drum 6.
Since the filter medium 7 is supported on the circumferential surface of the filter medium 7, even if the mechanical strength of the filter medium against the air flowing through the ventilation path is weak, the filter medium 7 can maintain its original shape and resist breakage. This has the advantage of not only being able to use relatively thick and durable filter media, but also meeting the demand for using fine-mesh and extremely thin filter media to increase the removal efficiency for fine dust.

By rotating the rotating drum 6, dirty filter media can be sent to one side and removed, and new filter media can be added to the plurality of rotating drums 6 to replace the dirty filter media, so that the filter media can be replaced with new filter media.
