Conventionally, single-layer tubes made of thermoplastic resin have been widely used because they are flexible and convenient, but they have drawbacks such as poor protection of contents, and tube containers with a multi-layer structure have been put into practical use. However, there are drawbacks such as a complicated printing process.

Although the process of this method is relatively simple, the printing effect is inferior to that of gravure printing, and the appearance is poor. Furthermore, the printed surface is the outermost layer, and ink may come off during actual use.

Ink may come off.

Although this method has excellent ornamental properties, the tube body and label are not in close contact with each other, and the label may shift or float during the squeezing operation. Furthermore, in this method, a structure containing aluminum foil cannot be used, and protection of contents cannot be expected.

The thickness is also unfavorable in terms of appearance. In addition, in order to improve this, Japanese Patent Publication No. 15356/1986 discloses that the inner and outer resins of the aluminum foil are overlapped and heat and pressure is applied to the overlapping part to reduce the thickness of the laminated part to 30% of the thickness before sealing. A tube-shaped container with a diameter of 1/4 inch is described, but even in this tube-shaped container, the overlapped parts melt and the surface becomes uneven, which is not desirable in terms of appearance. Another type of tube-shaped container is a tube-shaped container that has a label containing metal foil attached to the entire circumference of the body of the tube body made of thermoplastic resin. It is thicker than other parts, making it undesirable in appearance, and when used for frequently used contents, the label may peel off.
There were drawbacks such as the overlapping parts being damaged.

It is a tube-shaped container that has an overlapping part of 4 to 1/2 circumferences and is attached by heat compression.
The adhesive strength between the tube body and the label is extremely strong, and the label base material is made of aluminum foil, which provides excellent protection for the contents. Moreover, the overlapping portion of the label is approximately 1/1/2 of the entire circumference of the body of the tube body. Four~
Since it is 1/2 wide, there is no strange feeling that the label is pasted on the tube body, and the overlapping part is not bulky and does not bother you, so it is a tube-shaped container with a label that is excellent in ornamentation.

うにすれば気になることもない。 Examples will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the tube-shaped container of the present invention, in which the tube-shaped container of the present invention has a single-layer tube 1 made of thermoplastic resin, and a body portion 2 having gas-barrier properties as a label base material. A label 5 in which synthetic resin layers 4 and 4' are laminated on both sides of an aluminum foil 3 is wrapped and adhered by thermocompression, and the greatest feature of the present invention is as shown in the cross-sectional view of Fig. 2. Label 5 when wrapping the above label
After wrapping it around the entire circumference, wrap it twice over a considerable distance. That is, the overlapping portion 6 at the end of the label 5 is provided wider than the conventional one. Here, the dimensions of the overlapping portion 6 are preferably 1/4 to 1/2 of the entire circumference of the body portion 2 of the single-layer tube 1. In other words, the overlapping portion 6 is 1/1/2 of the entire circumference.
If it is less than 4, only the overlapping portion 6 will be extremely thick, making it bulky and unfavorable in appearance, and furthermore, the adhesive strength of the overlapping portion 6 will be weak. Moreover, if the overlapping portion 6 is more than 1/2 of the total circumference, the overlapping portion 6 will be on the front side when the tube-shaped containers are displayed at a store, which is undesirable because the product value will be significantly reduced. However, if the overlapping portion 6 is placed on the back side, this will not be a problem.

For example, a synthetic resin layer 4 with a pattern etc. applied by gravure printing or the like on the back side of a biaxially stretched polypropylene film and an aluminum foil 3 having a thickness of 50 μm or less as a label base material are laminated by means such as dry lamination, and then A synthetic resin layer 4' such as polyethylene is laminated by means of coating such as extruder coating, or aluminum foil 3
After applying a surface treatment agent, an adhesive resin is laminated by extrusion coating or the like.

である。 The present invention is a tube-shaped container with a label affixed with the above structure, and since it uses a single-layer tube molded from thermoplastic resin, it is highly flexible and is made of pre-printed biaxially oriented polyethylene. A laminated label made of a label base material mainly made of film or aluminum foil with gas barrier properties and an adhesive resin layer applied to the back side is wrapped around the entire circumference of the single-layer tube, and at the same time the overlapping part is 1/4 to 1/4 of the entire circumference. It is a tube-shaped container that is heat-pressed to a size of 1/2, and does not require a tube printing machine. Moreover, since printing is applied to the back of the film, it not only has excellent ornamental properties, but also makes it easier to squeeze out the contents. Ink does not come off even with repeated operations, and since aluminum foil is used, gas permeability is low and the contents are highly protected.
Moreover, because the label is wrapped around the entire circumference of the tube body a maximum of one and a half times, only the overlapped part is not extremely thick like in conventional laminated tubes, and the overlapped part can also be wrapped around the back of the tube. This way, there is no strange feeling that a label has been pasted, and furthermore, the pressure resistance of the overlapping part is excellent. Furthermore, since the inner surface of the tube is a seamless single-layer tube, it is a tube-shaped container that can prevent corrosion due to the contents of the aluminum foil and has excellent pressure resistance at the overlapped portion.
